I liked everything about this hotel, they worked with me and provided me a room to my liking and it was very clean and spacious. They kept updating me and making sure that I was satisfied or needed anything via text message which was great. The location is a close proximity to all main attractions such as seaworld, aquatica, discovery cove, malls, outlets, restaurants and more. One bedroom King Suite came with a balcony, living room area, kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove ,microwave, dish washer) , washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub , shower, bathroom, king sized bed and two tvs one for bedroom and one for living room .

There is nothing about this resort that I didn't like . Only thing that I would say is if you have a room closer to the street be aware they people love to honk their horns all day long and throughout the night .

Pool and recreational facilities were great, although the hot tub was a little spoogy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was hard to find a spot to park and many vehicles were parked sideways in the spots with trailers. Texting for the room and service was not congruent with the services. It said that it staff could not access the room as the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. There was no DND sign that we posted, and the room was cleaned. Staff came to the room to deliver towels, but we did not call or text. They also did not wash any dishes or provide any dish soap to wash the dishes. The wifi sign in process just gave errors the whole time we stayed and could not connect with any device. The elevator only worked sometimes.

We have no complaints or suggestions!

This is our fourth or fifth time at this facility and we love this place we love the staff they're very kind however the last two times we stayed there the rooms were not as we expected this last visit they had us on the ground floor way in the corner by the dumpster and the utility room not what I was expecting. We kept hearing the noise of garbage coming down the garbage shoot. The refrigerator in the room was making a horrible noise kept me up. And we kept having to mop up the water coming out of the shower from the bottom door. Like I said I love this place and we will continue to use this facility however in the future hopefully they can accommodate us a little better. Other than that everything went fine.

Convenient location to parks and the convention center so I was able to work and enjoy some down time. Pool is very nice and relaxing but there were a lot of rambunctious kids that no one reprimanded for running and jumping. I witnessed another kid get pretty seriously hurt because another kid jumped on top of him, luckily my daughter was in a different pool at that time. Room is a good size but may be time for some updates and maintenance (toilet didn't flush well).

I liked the location. The pool area is nice. Some of my family plane was delayed, and their room was held for them. Thank you for that!

When I arrived at my room, it smelled like someone had just used the bathroom. My room was located by a mechanical room whose motors ran all night. The water from both kitchen & bathroom smelled not drinkable.

THE POOL!! THE STAFF!! THE TEXT-TO-HELP FEATURE — ALL SO HELPFUL!! The staff were all so nice except for one guy. But everyone else was incredibly kind and sweet! Very close to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, and even Universal Orlando. Lizbelia at the check-in counter was very, very, very helpful. She made us feel welcome and warm. We had a small issue with two reservations not linking, and she told us to come back in the morning to re-check in. So nice and professional! David, who drives the cart, was so nice to us every time we saw him, he smiled and waved! Such a sweet guy. Also, the newer guy from Colombia who drives the cart he was really kind to us too.

The only issue we had was with the front desk clerk, Ghiovani. He was flat-out rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming when we returned to re-check in. No smile, no courtesy just a cold, sharp tone that was totally uncalled for. My husband and I were so put off by his attitude, we seriously considered checking out and finding another hotel. He was that disrespectful. Thankfully, the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make up for his behavior.

Thoroughly enjoyed the balcony with screened in porch, kitchen with enough supplies to cook simple meals, in room washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable enough for our 6 night stay. The pool area was outstanding. We will stay again in the future.

All of Orlando is inundated with helicopters overhead... I could have done without that noise constantly. I'm sure Hilton has no control over it, but it's annoying none the less.

The location and amenities of this resort were perfect for our family trip. The resort was lush and clean and the staff was welcoming. On site parking was a major plus as we had a car. We were right next to SeaWorld and restaurants were within walking distance; shopping malls were also pretty close. The pool, on site restaurant and café were awesome with plenty of nice, clean space to relax and enjoy the facilities. Food and drinks were pretty good and I appreciated the daily treat of Starbucks coffee. Our suite was amazing with oversized bedroom, living room, balcony, dining area, full kitchen with breakfast counter and a laundry closet. We were never tripping over each other in this space. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here.

A little maintenance is needed in the hallways as it leaked when it rained and left the corridor wet. I couldn't find the ice dispenser 😊

The one bedroom we stayed in was very spacious with a nice balcony. It had a homey feel to it with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There's also a nice big bath tub to relax in as well as a separate shower. It's right across the street from Sea World and Discovery Cove and Aquatica are nearby as well. The pool is also within walking distance and easy to get to. Parking was also easy to find.

The shuttles to the theme parks only run at certain times in the mornings and not in the afternoons (only brings you back from the park then). We also had a bad experience with a rep when we attended the timeshare presentation that the hotel offers to attend in exchange for a gift card. She was very rude when we mentioned that we wanted to think about purchasing a timeshare instead of buying it in the moment through her and would not stop pressuring us. Initially we were interested in possibly purchasing it in the near future but now we will look elsewhere if we decide to do this since it left such a bad taste in our mouth because of her. If we had a different sales rep the experience probably would of been better.
