We went to Florida for a few days to celebrate my kids' birthdays. We had to check out early from the place we initially booked for health reasons. We found Westgate last minute and I was concerned that it would be a bust but we were all very pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, very family friendly and had all the amenities we needed and more for our stay. The staff is also great and answered all my questions. It was very convenient being able to text them for assistance and receiving a prompt response. I'm so glad we booked with them, wish we booked with Westgate from the beginning. I absolutely recommend this place and plan to stay there again. Even the checkout process was an ease.

Most of the machines in the game room were not working.

Great location, near attractions. Clean and very quiet and peaceful outside. Parking was easy. I would not have thought to look for a room at the resort, so glad Booking.com had it as a suggestion. Would stay here again.

Nothing really that bad, they didn't sell beer in the lobby, but we found a gas station nearby. They are pretty strict about the 4 pm check in, I arrived a little early but that was on me since I had to be somewhere at 4 pm, they went ahead and found a room for me.

I don’t think they had breakfast. I made my own food!

When I arrived it took almost an hour to get into my room. When I left I requested to have a late check out of 11 instead of 10…. An hour later, but the request was refused. It’s the 1st time that ever happened to me in all of the many years & Many countries I have traveled in at age 80 that’s a lot of traveling.

What I love about Westgate is that it does not feel like you are staying at a hotel it’s like you are in an apartment. You have a full size kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, dishwasher, a private balcony, and plenty of storage and closet space. They also have great amenities such as pools, hot tub, game room, mini golf, fitness room and more!

I have nothing negative to say everything was perfect

The updates to the property are fantastic. I was blown away. The property itself is what appears to be tucked in the middle of a local apartment complex, which made walking to the other amenities like the playground or mini golf a little uneasy.

I liked the walk around the pond. The family style amenities available like outdoor chess, seating areas, grills, etc.

Close to every park. No children screaming. I had a fabulous room on the 1st floor right next to the pool & the front desk is walking distance. Checkin & check out was so fast. I didn’t bring a pet but I ended up needing to add. The pet policy is so easy 1 $100 deposit & that’s it for your whole stay.

Location was great. The unit was awesome.

The smell in the unit was really intense, we went out and bought some air fresheners but it did not help. The fire alarm went off around 1:30am we jumped out of bed thinking it was a real fire. But thank god there was no fire and the alarm turned off after awhile.

We loved our stay. Everything and everyone were great. It was very relaxing, which is what we wanted. If I had to suggest anything, I’d probably like to see a little more amenities/entertainment/music at the pool.

The pool and spa were warm and right outside our room. The room was very clean. There was always a place to park. Staff was very friendly.

The excersise room is small and cramped. It needs more free weights. It's nice that you have one though.

So clean and spacious! Beautiful, well kept grounds. The staff were super nice!

It would have been nice to at least have the necessities to make a pot of coffee the first morning before having to go to the store. Also, salt and pepper...
