Room was perfect. Staff was great. Every other day room refesh was great as well.

Parking should be included when you are at a resort. I dont understand why parking should cost extra.

I've been coming here 5 years once a year for at least a week . There is no other property I'd stay at . This location is close to everything. At this point it's like home away from home. They provide all sorts of activities on the property.

I found a roach in my kitchen. That was disturbing because I don't have them at home. So many policies have changed is recent years 1 is that it's 25 a day to park 2 you have to pay for clean towels (which is ridiculous especially since i stayed 6 nites) there is a list of things you have to do b4 you check out like at an Airbnb ( some of these things were ok with me BUT IM NOT IN AN AIRBNB) ALL THE EXTRA FEES AND AND YOU WANT ME TO CLEAN ENTIRE UNIT WAS UNEXPECTED

The rooms, the pool, the people! The team at the front desk went the extra mile to accommodate our requests even though they were at full occupancy. We stayed in the Key West section and the rooms are all freshly renovated. They are spotless. The pools are fabulous. The resort is top notch but the main thing that stood out was the level of customer service we received. The team here are super responsive... Front desk, security, housekeeping, maintenance and the team in the main pool bar. Customer Service across the board was excellent. They have a customer text alert system in place, Any issues you text them and they respond immediately. Really excellent.

We were told the Key West area had a pool bar... technically they do but its only open at the weekend. Our stay was from Tuesday-Friday so having moved from the Hilton Tuscany Village we really missed the pool bar. However, there was a pool bar at the main pool. In every other way, Sheraton was far superior to Tuscany Village, particularly the cleanliness of the resort and the fantastic customer service. Only other niggle is the parking fee.....

Convenient location, well equiped kitchen area with oven, proper fridge freezer, washer, drier etc. Decent sized pool area. Plenty of space in the room, beds were comfortable and clean. Would definately stay here again

A cashless resort. Lack of eating and drinking choices, not a deal breaker but a bit more variety would be good for the size of the resort. Wanted to stay one extra night but had to go through a booking app rather than just at the desk. Thought this was odd. None of these gave me any reason to actually complain!

Facilities were fantastic. Property was exceptionally clean and was kept clean by housekeeping staff. The villa had everything we needed, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Location was perfect for visiting the local parks and restaurants. Secure grounds with guarded gate.

The conversion centre selling the timeshares was a bit over the top but is more of a peripheral aspect of the resort which is not compulsory. We were subject to a 90 minute “presentation” which was a sales pitch for buying into a holiday scheme. We were given 5-10 minutes of a presentation (which is a 1-1 pitch) and then left in the booth for 20 minutes unattended. We then left as our holiday time could be better spent. They incentivise you to stay with $100 gift card but it probably isn’t worth the time.

The room was excellent, upon checking in we didn't have a very good room at first we were dumped on the ground floor with a useless view. I was in the frame of mind to cancel and move hotel I couldn't spend 2 weeks in that room. I complained to reception and they swapped the room and the new location building four overlooking the main pool was exceptional and also updated. Although we requested a high room which was completely ignored. I have been to this hotel on many occasions and to be fair its a great place. Also the grounds are exceptional and well maintained and also security on entrance to the resort.

10AM checkout with a late flight no option to pay to checkout slightly later. I asked and point blank refused not even an extra 30 minutes or an hour. Lady didn't really care.... its not a low cost resort so have some sympathy.... That's my main gripe.

I enjoyed that the rooms were nice and had a lot of space. Kitchen had everything you need, and each room had its own bathroom. love that it has more than 1 pool and that there is one especially for kids. I liked that if there was any problem with the room or if needed anything. The front desk would send someone right away to solve the problem.

There prob was a miscommunication with the housekeeper. Every time she needed to clean, we were in the room and not wanted to be disturbed but requested that she come the next day to clean but never did. We had to call the front desk every time for clean towels and toilet paper, which they immediately sent. Wish we can choose when the housekeeper can come and clean our room.

The location was great and the amenities were awesome. Especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Beautiful place. Honestly, the nicest room I've ever stayed in....it was basically a really nice apartment. A timeshare presentation was offered, felt no pressure to do it, however decided to because there was a $200 gift card incentive for the 90 min presentation. First timeshare presentation I've attended, was informative and my salesman was nice. Wasn't as aggressive as I had imagined, which was good. All in all, would love to stay again.

It would be nice if there was some kind of breakfast provided, or at least coffee. Even a Keurig in the room would be nice, with a few K-cups provided. The coffee maker in the room isn't practical when you want just one cup of coffee.

I loved everything! The pool was clean, Inviting, and spacious with everything you could use at the pool. The rooms was clean, well stocked and all appliances were in working order. The views of the lake from your room was a tranquil touch. The grounds allowed for great morning walks with a secure and safe space. Loved seeing security out and about with teen kids exploring. Finally, the staff was exceptional. Staff willing to assist in whatever you needed. Overall, The Sheraton villages has hospitality down to a science. Thank you for the good experience.

We were a group of 5 in a 2 bedroom villa. One person had to sleep in the sofa bed. Our sofa bed was a little flimsy. we felt that it could collapse if we weren't careful. Would like to see the master bedroom with a double king or queen bed option instead of a king bed only. Also, would love to see a continental breakfast and or a restaurant(pizza parlor or steakhouse for lunch or dinner) on site.
