The place is very good, we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it's very big and has everything you need for the stay.

Have in mind it's like an Airbnb, you don't have breakfast and cleaning during your stay... But we loved the place!

This place was great! Super clean, big apartment with double bathrooms adjacent to the bedrooms. Friendly staff, good pool area, great amenities and a good location. Traveling with a car offering free parking is a great value! The kitchen was very well equipped. Really good value for the money.

This place would have been a 10 if the wifi was free. It's such an easy thing to offert the guests so I think it's a bit strange it come at a cost.

The property was clean great up to date furniture and the kitchen was very useful for my family.

There were certain areas in the hotel that had pieces of glass on the floor around the kitchen area and the dining area. The toilet had mold build up at the holes where the water comes out. But other than that everything was great.

Rooms were amazing, very modern, comfortable and clean. Staff was lovely. Pool area clean and not busy at all (May).

On booking it said the appartment came with a washer. The appartments with the twin beds do not.

Everything was amazing, the room was really clean and the it was very spacious. The location was very good if you are going to the parks.

I think something they could’ve mentioned is that you have to pay for WIFI.

Great value and location

I understand you would like to sell time-shares, but I would appreciate eliminating the hard-sell as soon as you check-in. Mention that it is available but then leave it alone. It is a very big negative for me.

The hotel was easy to get to, the staff are friendly.The 2 bedroom suite a very good size and comfortable. Also having the ceiling fan was great kept the bedroom a nice comfortable temp at night! We liked that we had our own laundry facilities in the room. The pool area was good, with jacuzzi which was great after long day at the parks! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and late evening. Shower was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would return!

Time share! We knew they would try and sell us when we got there, after a few no thank yous they let us go, but why we had to go to that desk for our wrist bands and not get them at the actual check in desk unusual. But this would not put us off from staying again. It would also be nice for the pool area to be open a little later in the evening, as most people stay in the parks til late you miss going to the pool.

Professionalism of staff being able to meet my needs being disabled. Security and maintenance helped me with my mobility scooter- I was very grateful. Accessible sidewalks helped to get around. Room was spacious and updated. Nice pool in a quiet area. Wifi is NOT included, it's a separate charge however I used the data in my phone to communicate.

The water pipes in the bathroom- they did wake me up as they rattled a bit inside the wall when floors above use their water. This was the older building I stayed in. The maintenance was very professional and said he would handle it/repair it (after my check out) They were prompt. Security guard was present and very professional. I will most likely be back.👍

The room was very spacious, accommodated 4 adults and 3 children ranging in ages of 1-15. We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer in room. It had everything to give a home away from home feeling. The front desk was always available and always friendly to accommodate any requests. If we had more time we would have happily explored more of the property like the gym and the pool, we only stayed 3 nights, but it is one of our best hotel stays.

There is not very much to complain about, free breakfast would have been amazing if provided, however with all of the other amenities provided in room alone, one cannot complain about not having free breakfast. The Wi-Fi was at a charge, I was not aware that Wi-Fi was ever a separate charge, first place I've stayed at that charged for Wi-Fi access.
