There is no breakfast offered and the wifi for a charge is outrageously unacceptable. The supply of shampoo and towels were short for an 8-day stay. Air condition was super loud.

It was close to a lot of places we went to very easy to find.

Not a lot if verification on what or when to do things. Like getting towels and bedding. We needed toilet paper and had to wait till 9am or after till someone came in. They ran out of trash bags, like seriously there is a store on every corner and in between. I’m sure they could have bought enough till the next truck came I’m sure corporate would have paid them back. Who to call if your Tv don’t work or the remote??

The location is perfect. This was my first time in Orlando. It was the perfect location for all my budget friendly adventures. It's in walking distance to the Chocolate Museum, an affordable gift shop, DaSilva Steak house, dunkin donuts, and Ihop. It's close to the Premium Outlet, Universal, Icon Park (Ripley's believe it or not, wonder works, Ice Bar, Pointe), Disney World (if it's in your budget), Fun Spot, and a host of other activities. I found the front desk staff courteous and helpful. George, and unfortunately I forgot to ask for the names of the other man and lady that worked the desk but they all were awesome. I had a great time and would recommend this location.

The only problem I had was my late or early morning check-in (2:00 am). My plane arrived at 11:59 and we were unable to get a lyft for over an hour. Once we arrived it was hard to reach anyone on the number provided on the window.

Staff was excellent, Lobby was clean. Convenient to a Dunkin Donuts.

So there was a funny moldy smell in the room, but I used an air freshener. The first night I stayed there, there were two women who slept in the lobby all night long. Some of the clientel that stayed in the hotel was a little concerning.

I really liked the location of the property it was literally a 5 minute drive from SeaWorld and aquatica which is where we spent our whole vacation and I liked the fact that it was so close to a lot of different restaurants.

the pool could have been a little bit bigger with a little more space was expecting a good size pool with the size of the hotel. but other than that everything was good.

The location, is closed to restaurants and night life, In the meantime is a quiet and relax place.

I stayed in the 2nd floor. I went to take a shower and there was hair, lots of hair in the bathtub. By the time I got out of the room, it seems that dogs where loose in the halls and they did there business there. The smell was horrible! Also I requested a 1st floor when I booked, and it was not honored.

It had easy road access to most tourist attraction (sea world, universal, discovery, icon park e.t.c)

exercise room was new. I stayed before here before. it was a conference room . much better. laundry room was extremely clean

odd smell in the room like wood smoke. It lead to a cough every time I was in room. no one checked it out

Staff was very nice, location centrally located near restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores and near vacation resorts we were able to meet our family at.

Toilet issue for someone else’s room. Could smell it in the hallway when we were checking out. Very noisy in the evening, maybe due to hotel being fully booked? By 9 or 10 it quieted down so I’m assuming that was why.
