The property is awesome my husband & I go three times a every year to get away from WPB I love the place the main pool the music.

This year I had the worst experience with one of the front receptionist name Adriana she was very rude not only in May that I went, it happen again in July I spoke to the supervisor with all the time that I had been there we was never treated the way she treated us she didn’t even when an extra mile to see what can she help us she was giving us what ever she wanted like we didn’t pay for our reservation & for the room we reserved. If I see her will never go to her.

The space in the rooms and multiple pools! Property was always clean! Staff was friendly! Location!

Feeling like we had to do a meeting for a time share that we wanted no part of! We ended up not doing the meeting anyways but the fact of feeling pressured to do so at check in did not sit well with my wife and I. But otherwise was a good stay!

We love going there we been going there to celebrate my son birthday until the last one that was 16 years old. Love the environment the people so friendly

The front desk Adriana lady when u check in if you can call her a lady she was the rudest person for the years that we been staying there.

The location an amenities were great!

Wish we would have been told at booking about having to pay resort fees upon arrival.

Great location , an easy Uber ride to the parks . Much larger than traditional hotel rooms , lots of space for the family . Pool areas clean and lots of options for the little ones . This was our second stay and we will be back !

Called guest services several times but no answer so I went to the lobby for more supplies such as toilet paper and dishwasher tabs .

Pizza was good at the Market. Arcade had a lot of fun games. Liked how many pools there were and lovely time just walking the grounds.

Check in was very confusing as unsure which building to go to, went to 2 buildings before the 3rd was the charm.

Really spacious rooms. Lots of storage for suitcases. Very clean and well lit. Fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities in the room.

The wifi was terrible in Building 1! Barely able to connect our phones and constantly drops out. Unable to stream anything on our laptops. This could be tricky for anyone trying to avoid roaming charges on their phone.

Our 6-day stay at Bluegreen Vacations Orlando was excellent. The facilities are in perfect condition: clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was always friendly and willing to help with any need. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Without a doubt, it’s a highly recommended experience and a place we would gladly return to.

i travel 2 times a year and we always pick Bluegreen because of the location and the pool and the room. the beds are so comfy. Also the staff is very nice. It would be easy if we could buy tickets for all the parks at the resort but is ok.

what's not to like? we loved our stay

I like wakoola bar the staff at the bar was great and especially Alana was wonderful and very professional at everything and a very sweet person. Alana made us feel comfortable and at home . And at check in was quick clara was great in the front desk. We didnt have any problems.we injoy our stay. They have 3 pool it was great. And also the food was great.

I didnt like that about 6 am in the morning they put the alarm in the bedroom to ring twice to wake up and than at 9:00 am they call you to say good morning .when you already know what time you have to leave at 10 am .
