Toilet backed up, cracks in tile in kitchen flooring, I put a floor towel down so no one would injure themself, No convience USB adapters, with scare receptacles. My wife was scared to enter the building when we got there at night from a snake that ran across walkway in to the bushes and then the room when a very large beetle was hanging out above the door frame, but it is Florida and the landscaping is well maintained and bugs are going to be outside no matter how hard to try to keep them away.

I love this hotel, the location and rooms are awesome. It's very cost worthy. Plenty of space especially when you bring children with you. The pool is clean and the Jacuzzi is also clean. Close to all the amusement parks and spray pads. The customer service is nice, and we always have fun here. Will come again.

The room was a downgrade from our room the first time we stayed. Hopefully the next room will be better. The room we stayed in needed more updates. Master bedroom closet doors were messed up and the window above the bed was dirty with dead flies, and an old rag inside of the curtains for that window. The light from the window above the bed was too bright in the morning. Other than listed above, the room was great.

Quiet, secure, things were open late or for 24hrs, super friendly staff, much nicer than expected, great value

Furniture was a little dated and the bed was very very firm. The room had a muskiness to it but you can’t open the windows and for us the patio screen door was off its hinges/broken so it couldn’t be used meaning couldn’t leave the patio door open either. Nothing deal breaking.

This property is great value. I got a two-bedroom three bed apartment at a very reasonable price considering that all the hotels in the area were between $300 to $600 a night. I attended a trade show at the Orange county convention center 2 and 1/2 miles away and while I had to pay for an Uber $15, it was still a very good value. With all the meal delivery services, it was nice to order in and sit in front of a TV and eat my dinner. There were two TVs in the room and although I was alone if I was with somebody it would have been nice if I wanted to watch a different program

Parking was adequate, elevator was efficient, gated entry added to safety, hours for hot tub was adequate and area was always clean and well lit. Staff was mostly helpful. Living quarters were dated but very clean. Surprise free entertainment! An enjoyable place to stay overall!

They gave a free voucher on check in but didn't explain about it and we seniors didn't read it right away and went to our Polynesian dance entertainment expecting free drinks then found out it was only 1 free drink! It was ery dark on our balcony unless we put on the light, then that bright light killed the ambience and attracted bugs. They could put a bug light there instead.

Location and value was exceptional. Close to the convention center. Convenient for groceries and all kinds of shopping. AC was very necessary and worked great. Parking was easy and plentiful. Size of the two bedroom/two bath was perfect for our needs. Bathrooms were nicely updated. Building elevator was helpful. Access to laundry room in the building and full kitchen in the condo was essential. Housekeeping was friendly, unobtrusive and provided the most excellent service.

Laundry was expensive at $3 for each wash and $3 for each dry. Some living/dining room furnishings and bedroom furnishings are a bit worn and could stand to be updated. Soundproofing is needed. The guest below us on floor 1 came to complain about floor noise which actually wasn’t us on floor 2 but instead the guest above us on floor 3 (two floors up from her). We heard it too, but we brought ear plugs and slept fine.

It's been our second stay in Parc Corniche. We love the location, the size of the rooms, that everything is very clean and well maintained and the employees are always nice. We find the vintage decor charming. The appliances are vintage too, but since we don't go to Orlando to cook, it's not something we care about. The rooms are great to be comfortable while enjoying the city and you have everything you need to prepare a proper breakfast. Having a restaurant and a mini shop next to the lobby is a plus.

Dishwasher and burners could be changed for new ones.

The pool has 3 separate areas, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, a regular pool, towels are at the pool, and plenty of seating around the pool. Our rooms were clean and trash, and fresh towels were brought daily. We stay here almost every vacation to Orlando, Florida. We love it. They have a laundry facility, restaurant/bar (Calypso) amazing place, my son (5) fell asleep and slept the entire time we was there even through the belly dancing shows.

The remote to the TV was a little hard to get to work, but that's it.

It was an amazing place, and the price was awesome! Came over from Sebring (where we are for the winter) to meet up with our daughter, husband and boys for spring break. The location was perfect for all of our adventures. The food at the restaurant was great. The family loved the pool (especially our 8 & 6 year old grand sons). Will definitely book if we are in the area again!!

Couldn't get another paper towel roll from housekeeping (not sure if she didn't understand the request) and all the glasses and dishes are breakable, which worried us with the littles (nothing broke). My husband had a bloody nose and they didn't change the sheets affected, but left new ones for us (no mattress pad or pillowcase though), I am guessing that is because they only do "light cleaning" untill we leave??).

Great location for all Parks, International Drive, and shopping. Publix’s supermarket close by. We walked to SeaWorld took us 30mins and saved us paying for parking. Warm and welcoming staff on checking in and out. House Keeping staff were fantastic. All staff we interacted with were friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Like the fact it was gated and had operate gate with your room key. The pool area was very clean.

Our apartment faced the building site next door, not the best view. Screen door from lounge to patio was broken, kept come off when opening and closing. Reported it but still didn’t work. A bit of pain having to sign in to free WiFi every day. No kettle, had to boil a pan of water for a cup of tea. Furniture in bedroom was a bit old, as was the cooker top and dishwasher.
