Breakfast: The food was great, and there were many options for the picky eater in my family. Room: The room was great, and smelled clean when you walked in. We felt safe on the property the entire time we were there. From the parking lot to walking down the hallways. The bed was comfortable, I just wish there were a couple more pillows, and maybe an option to get blankets. Overall we loved our stay, and would book again.

I wouldn't go straight to "didn't like", just wish there was a sign stating waffles, or pancakes could be made. I got the french toast as it was in the warmer, then a little later saw someone had a waffle and another got pancakes. Nothing wrong, they just looked SO good, and wish I had known. Maybe I didn't see the sign... maybe a bigger sign? Overall the breakfast was great! Ours was included in the hotel booking but would have paid for it either way.

The location was great. It's a clean, affordable hotel right in the middle of all the Orlando parks. Unfortunately I didn't have time to visit any of the parks but it was still a great location. It was close to the airport also.

I wish the breakfast was included - my sister and I elected to get some yogurt and granola at the CVS across the street. And my sister said the pool water was too warm - not refreshing on a hot day - but that was really minor.

I stayed there during hurricane Milton for three nights… very clean.. staff members were very friendly…restaurant and bar available… lights went out for a bit but the generator was working fine… they have a shop that sells fresh salads and sandwiches as well as snacks… this is now my go to place when I have to run from a hurricane or just a little get a way..

Very clean and quiet room. I asked for a room away from the elevator and my request was honored.

The pool was closed for some kind of repair. No compensation for that was offered and even though we could have gone to a sister hotel, that was very inconvenient for us. I also heard the desk clerk tell another family that no transportation to a sister hotel was provided. Front desk clerk at check in was not very welcoming. We were expecting a little more, as we have stayed at this property numerous times both before and after the pandemic. We were also told that we could not get points on our Hilton Club card because we had booked with a third party.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice place, close to various activities. We stayed only 1 night but we went to seaworld and did some shopping at one of the outlets. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The concierge was very helpful and she was very pleasant.

Perfect view from the room of SeaWorld coasters. It was a very short and convenient walk to the park, which was the purpose of the stay. The food was good, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

We might have missed it, but there did not appear to be a shuttle to the airport. That would be nice to have for those staying without a car.

Very friendly and professional staff, comfortable rooms and was within walking distance ro Seaworld.

The only thing that i didnt like was the rooms were clean but there were some places in the room that were very dusty, could not yse the coffee pot because it was so dusty.

The ease of check in was great. The room looked as advertised, friendly staff and communicative. Breakfast was nice and the hotel was less than five minutes from SeaWorld.

My only issue is that the room smelled heavily of cleaning products when first coming in.

Location. It is close to everything. Bonefish across the street. Sea world is nextdoor. Room was clean. The ac filters were clean. Smelled fresh the whole time. The food menu at the bar is small but varied. If you're tired and don't want to leave or pay for door dash, the bar dinner menu will do.

The bed was super firm. The shower head had scum and hard water deposits on it. $12 per night charge to park. No one asked for a description of my car, nor did we get a parking pass to show that we were guests.

I put my towels and rags out in hallway and I didn't get any back in my room, went to front desk didn't have any rags but got towels and face towels
