The staff was excellent the service of paying for the room was very excellent the set up with they have for using your card to pay for the room was very good 👍

The location was close to everything I needed to go

Proximity to OCC and cleanliness of the property.

It doesn’t have basic utensils in the room such as plate, fork and sppon, coffee cup, and pots for basic heatingbof food.

I love the location.

The breakfast could be more than muffins and packaged grits. The carpet in the room was so filthy they need to be shampooed and cleaned throughly

Front desk staff is so polite and helpful they go out there way to help you and make you feel comfortable and welcomed everyone at front desk exceeds expectations at this hotel the company is lucky to have them on their team

First I must say I absolutely adore thee staff specifically who I met in person. They are very pleasant and accommodating (Jamaica, Marie, and Michelle) and although no longer on staff Mia was so great during my last stay I had to return. I also met GM 😊 lovely lady. Location very convenient to get around. Affordable Ride App prices some much to do nearby. I especially enjoy thee kitchen in every room real apartment stay feel. Which is thee idea right lol. My bed both visits were clean and comfortable slept so well. ESAS 6443 will continue to be my go to Rahna 🤗

Okay now these are just thee thing's that can be improved upon my stay this go round since I was unable to stay in my previous room on thee 3rd fl I stayed on thee 4th fl. When entering I love thee layout however my floors where sticky and thee refrigerator needs replacing in that room. There was a slight smell I had not experienced last visit. I just cleaned my room over and put in air freshener as I would in general. I imagine it was thee carpet needing a good cleaning. So overall fixable things.

They have to do something about those carpets, they are in need of a deep clean. the carpet in the room and in the hallway carried an unpleasant smell. I had to spray the room a few times and use scented wall plug in.

Helpful and cheerful staff, Sonia, brightened my day with friendly greeting when I went back to hotel after a long day meeting.

The shower head water was too small
