Breakfast was outstanding. A variety of everything possible and was amazing. I enjoyed it and loved that coffee service started at 6:30 am.

You can’t help it, but a pool with so many kids makes me feel like I am swimming in pee water

Rooms are quiet, even the ones with a pool view. Location is nice. CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks, Wendy's and McDonald's close by (among others).

The bathroom design made it impossible for you to take a shower without making the whole bathroom wet. Why not close the box or use a curtain in the shower??? The sofa bed is right at the air conditioner, that has no option to flip the air flow... So, whoever sleeps there will have a bad time. I stayed 14 days there, and the bathroom was not deeply cleaned in that period. They charge 15$ per day for parking. They charge 5$ per package if you order something online.

The staff was very friendly and polite 🙂 I love the fact the place was very clean . But more so the free breakfast you can’t beat that lol .. people were complaining about the tator tots for breakfast but what do you expect it’s free breakfast and it was not every day lol .. The best part is the location if you didn’t have car your able to catch the trolly in the parking lot which was convient if you wanted to explore downtown .. more so the drop off right in front off of the hotel .. also this hotel had a splash pad and pool for the kids 😊 it’s not that deep I think about 4ft but you can go right across the gate to use other pool at the other hotel which the water was a little more deeper I think about 5ft and little more .. and most of the time we did because my kids made friends lol and kept going over there 😂😂🤦🏾‍♀️..

The pool bar wasn’t open 😩😩😩.. because of the time we went …it was finally open when I was leaving to check out .. so next time I would know when to book and that would be ending of April 😀

I really enjoyed several aspects of my hotel stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was smooth. I also appreciated the amenities—especially the complimentary breakfast and the fitness center. The location was convenient too, close to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Size: It was quite small and cramped, making it hard to move around comfortably. Water Pressure/Temperature: The shower had low water pressure or inconsistent hot water. Ventilation: The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which made it feel stuffy and humid after a shower.

The staff were rude. We let them know that by the front desk was wet and she did nothing. Next day, around 8 am , they came knocking on our door to ask us if we were checking out . I told them I was ready to go for breakfast . That I ask for a late check out, I was told they need to start cleaning. It was a man and a woman with a paper list. Everyone were Hispanics , who spoke English, they were extremely rude. I was so surprised that Marriott has such rude people. Only one person was polite and professional she was not Hispanic. I am Hispanic

We loved our view of the roller coasters at Sea world! And being able to see the fireworks at night was so amazing!

The concecaire was terrible! They were never available. The sitting up rides to Sea world and back was very difficult. We thought it would be nice to not have to pay to park at Sea world. It did not work. You had to make reservations before hand. I thought it was a shuttle service all day, it was not! We paid to park at Sea world twice and ended up getting an Uber a couple times. The shuttle was non-existent to us. To hard to set up.

We all love that this hotel is close to theme parks. It also provides a reliable shuttle service to Seaworld. In addition, they provide good housekeeping services. Moreover, it offers a wide variety of breakfast choices everyday which is great. Beds were comfortable. Pool was kept clean and warm. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Parking price is $15 per day which is reasonable.

The cons that we’ve observed is the limited amount of towels in the room. We’re 4 adults and only had 3 towels so ended up requesting for additional, no problem. Also, they should add some more trolleys. During our check out, we had to wait for almost 20minutes for a trolley since there’s a greater demand for it but unavailability slows down the check out process. I think this matter should be taken into consideration for the convenience of future guests.

I loved the location, very convenient and time friendly to theme park and restaurants. The restaurant/ bar near pool was awesome (someone was actually there servicing). The room size was perfect and very clean. The complimentary breakfast is actually pretty good. This is my second time booking.

It maybe minor but the TV remote and WI-FI connection was bad. Also the view I would have preferred pool view. If that could be added to the website when booking.

Everything was great.

Just a side note. Could have a little bit more variety for breakfast or a menu breakfast for the week. The whole stay that we were there you guys only did sausage patties but the day we check out you guys had bacon. Plus, my husband and I ordered beers from the pool bar and the beers were very hot and it wasn’t just one day.

Our family of 5 loved our room as we had a great view of the roller coasters at SeaWorld (there aren't many rooms at this end of the hotel so we got lucky!) The staff were very helpful and kind. Great breakfast. Note for future guests: you can book seats on the free shuttle to SeaWorld but it stops at many other hotels on the way, so for us it was a 15-20 min ride for the 1.1mile distance. We preferred to walk after that first experience but that was fine since our kids are old enough!
