I had a great stay, I loved my room, very clean and confortable for my family. The staff was very nice and helpfull as well!

I disliked that I had to pay for parking, it makes no sense, there is a whole parking lot.

I had time with staff i called about my booking talked too 2 different people and they couldn't find me and told me go check who I booked with and call them because im not booked here I went there and guy was there at night he was great I told him what had happened he find me with no problem that what issue I had was a little stressful driving down there is if I still got a place to stay

The interior is modern and easy to get around. The outside patio is very nice and has The Aloft connected to it with a full bar inside. Its 4 minutes from SeaWorld if you get the stoplight. The staff was very professional and courteous. The Happy Hour and Breakfast are included and I'll let you find out how Awesome it is! The room is where it's really at for me. Full size kitchen with stove, sink, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and freezer. It even comes with plates, baking dishes and nice cutlery. The one we stayed in had a full size living room with a huge tv, study desk area and a full size pullout couch for 2 people to sleep. The bedroom was perfect size with a huge tv and king size bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and huge, centrally located incase you had guests. It felt like home away from home in absolute comfort.

The only thing I didn't like is that I was only able to spend 1 night here. They gave me a late checkout of 12:30pm that I didnt get to take advantage of because I had to meet people to go to SeaWorld.

The facility was clean and well lit. The staff was friendly, attentive and professional.

I didn't like the request for a credit card and charge/hold of $75 per room for the 2 rooms I had already paid in full for. I'm told it will be credited back in 5 business days but unnecessary in my opinion. I also didn't like the $25 upsell for parking which was not needed. The parking was included at this location. I only knew to decline the parking offer from reading the reviews of others.

The clean lobby, friendly staff and breakfast every morning was fantastic. The gym and pool while we didn’t use it in this trip it looked very well kept. The room was a really great size and I loved having a microwave and lots of storage space.

Our fridge in our room unfortunately didn’t work. And the bathroom in our room wasn’t the cleanest, it was very dingy and old. The bathroom door was hard to open and the handle was a little broken.

Good location, close to convention center. Simple hotel with everything you need. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, coffee was good, omelets were made to order. The room was very roomy.

The only thing that I didn't like was water saving shower heads that were used at the showers. The water had a low flow.

It was clean rooms were nice and roomy. They had happy Hour w. Snacks beer wine, and breakfast was wow . They had fresh Omelettes, a chobani station, and different stations with good quality stuff Including almond milk for those who are lactose. Would stay here again.

The $26.00 parking. I think it's unnecessary...it's not the Marriot.

Location to Aquatica and Sea World

There was a curly black hair on the bathroom sink when we arrived and it unfortunately caused me to have anxiety. I am super sensitive to needing cleanliness in a hotel and I didn’t even want to use the bathroom facilities after seeing this. I was uneasy and could not sleep well.
