I loved the location of the hotel. Housekeeping was on point.

I didn't like or understand your charges, why is there a charge for parking? If I pay 100.00 a night I don't expect to pay 12.00 a night to park. Why is there a 50.00 charge per night for staying? I never understood why business charge you refundable fees and it take so long to get them back. If you immediately taking my money you should immediately refund my money.

Mattress of our King bedroom = room 622 is worn and torn/completely damaged top-middle of bed which is very annoying and uncomfortable although both of us together do not weigh more than 150 lbs. -needs to be replaced The bathtub is this bedroom 622 is more than worn and torn / has nothing to do with cleaning /is too old with recurrent brozn stains due to age=needs to be replaced.

king room quite small and ours was in corner of building so we didn’t see sunlight at all. that said the huge Bed was super comfy. parking $15 a night is an unwelcome additional charge.

The room was very large, 2 tvs, bedroom was large! Everyone was very nice and willing to help with anything needed. Breakfast was fine, clean and fresh. The ladies were nice and ready to get anything you would want.

The pool was a little small. It was shared with its sister motel next door. Could use a table with chairs for meals eaten in the room. There is only one chair in the room. Once you pulled the bed out, there was nowhere to sit.

We loved the pool area, the breakfast, and our room! The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. The location was great, so close to SeaWorld and aquatica, and it was nice to have a shuttle to and from the parks. The breakfast had an awesome egg station and waffle station! It was a good variety of food.

While it’s nice to have a little store at the hotel, the prices were SeaWorld prices. $6 for a bottle of water, and so on. The prices were SO high. Also a charge to park our car at the hotel was ridiculous. There was plenty of parking, it’s not like it’s in the middle of a large city. Overall, the complaints aren’t that important. We would definitely stay there again.

Could have more savory and helat food options.

There is no payment via card contact or Apple Pay and it does not accept the Wise multi-currency card - J.P. Morgan bank (the employees don't even know what it is). Furthermore, cigarette smoke came into the room via the window or air conditioning, as people smoked outside the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely so much choice everyday and restaurant staff really helpful and friendly. Location was really good for using I ride trolley and shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

Only thing that could be improved is USB charging points in the room as per alot of modern hotels but that is being very picky

a Very nice hotel to stay in, we have stayed there a few times on arrival our room was ready for us and we were allowed in a couple of hours before the booking in time slot, as stated on the paperwork, going into the room ,as always you have a quick look round and every thing about it was great, i would recommend this hotel to everyone i speak to. It didn't have a safe like some hotels do but if you speak to the desk people you can put valuable's and money etc. in a safety deposit box, very handy

Fantastic place to stay

I really liked my room, size, cleanliness because it didn't have the typical nad odor from humidity on carpets. The only thing I regret about it is the fact that I just went to sleep and could not stay longer.

The fact that I had to pay $18 for parking the same amount of hours I slept at the hotel is a bomer. You should make it a plus and excel against competition by not charging this.

Room was comfortable. hotel was clean and staff was friendly and courteous.

Breakfast could've had more options, too much pork., for non meat eating person. Limited juice options. not everyone drinks orange juice. especially if you're diabetic. Ice machine only located on the 4th or 5th floor according to staff ,who couldn't remember which floor.
