Wilma at the front desk greeted us with a big smile when I checked in. She was pleasant helpful informative and she is a true asset to greet and offer a first impression ! Stellar staff at the front desk. Likewise she was helpful in checking out and again greeted me by name to assist. Wilma should be recognized for her excellent customer service skill set and that smile! Rob was also present at breckfast making sure we had all we needed and hands on service with a smile and at the concierge desk. Nice breckfast and the staff there was very nice and helpful. Nice room sheets bed and a/c worked great.

$20 to park per car per day ? Paid to stay the night at a pretty price - although the service was excellent by staff that parking fee was terrible. And the parking lot was full so paid to park way far away. Parking fee added to the room booking a deterrent. Very nice resort very nice staff very nice breckfast but pay to park as a guest is terrible.

Mattress of our King bedroom = room 622 is worn and torn/completely damaged top-middle of bed which is very annoying and uncomfortable although both of us together do not weigh more than 150 lbs. -needs to be replaced The bathtub is this bedroom 622 is more than worn and torn / has nothing to do with cleaning /is too old with recurrent brozn stains due to age=needs to be replaced.

I loved the location of the hotel. Housekeeping was on point.

I didn't like or understand your charges, why is there a charge for parking? If I pay 100.00 a night I don't expect to pay 12.00 a night to park. Why is there a 50.00 charge per night for staying? I never understood why business charge you refundable fees and it take so long to get them back. If you immediately taking my money you should immediately refund my money.

king room quite small and ours was in corner of building so we didn’t see sunlight at all. that said the huge Bed was super comfy. parking $15 a night is an unwelcome additional charge.

Here for business, accommodations, staff, location and price excellent. I had to change my reservation from 1 night to 5 nights at the last minute and staff seamlessly accommodated me and my daughters. Thank you!

The food, although there was variety, my daughters and I agreed that our preference, the gridle items (pancakes and waffles) could have tasted better.

The room was very large, 2 tvs, bedroom was large! Everyone was very nice and willing to help with anything needed. Breakfast was fine, clean and fresh. The ladies were nice and ready to get anything you would want.

The pool was a little small. It was shared with its sister motel next door. Could use a table with chairs for meals eaten in the room. There is only one chair in the room. Once you pulled the bed out, there was nowhere to sit.

We loved the pool area, the breakfast, and our room! The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. The location was great, so close to SeaWorld and aquatica, and it was nice to have a shuttle to and from the parks. The breakfast had an awesome egg station and waffle station! It was a good variety of food.

While it’s nice to have a little store at the hotel, the prices were SeaWorld prices. $6 for a bottle of water, and so on. The prices were SO high. Also a charge to park our car at the hotel was ridiculous. There was plenty of parking, it’s not like it’s in the middle of a large city. Overall, the complaints aren’t that important. We would definitely stay there again.

The suite was a perfect amount of space to sleep but also let the kiddos chill in the living area with the sofa & tv. Additionally, the pool is perfect for kids with the splash section and 1-3 ft area. Lastly, the property is close (walking distance) to CVS and restaurants like TGI Friday and Buffalo Wild Wings.

I didnt like that I booked for multiple rooms and even called to make sure I could get adjoining rooms, especially traveling with children. When I showed up they changed our rooms around and gave us something we didn’t ask for. They said they could give us two rooms on the same floor but they weren’t adjoining. It was disappointing.

Breakfast was lovely so much choice everyday and restaurant staff really helpful and friendly. Location was really good for using I ride trolley and shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

Only thing that could be improved is USB charging points in the room as per alot of modern hotels but that is being very picky
