This is a very clean, comfortable place to stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location on the west end of I Drive was nice because it's not quite as busy as the other end.

They ran out of breakfast pretty quick so we ended grabbing something up the road.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice, bed comfy, breakfast area immaculately cleaned constantly. Close to Sea World, easy to get to Camping World Stadium from there. Best value for area.

No ESPN, ESPN +, or Disney related channels on tv due to a contract dispute.

The staff was so welcoming and fast.. I was traveling for 2 days and wanted to sleep asap! The Spanish lady at the desk made everything so easy and quick with a smile..The room was big and comfortable I felt safe. I will be back again ..Thank you!

Everything went perfectly. Our room was ready at 3 pm for check in. The room was clean and worked perfect for us. the rest of the hotel was very clean as well and the staff was all super friendly and helpful.

Not that it smelled bad, but whatever they used for fragrence smelled nice but was very strong. We also werent able to use the hot tub becuase it was closed off. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice since we rarely get the opportunity without kids.

The floor in the room was sticky and dirty. I changed my room and still encountered the same thing..that was the only thing I didn't like.

The breakfast was ok. I did not reqlly judge it too much because it came with the room.

The matress in our room was a bit worn and it felt like you were sleeping with your feet elevated.

Quiet location of the hotel - it is situated in a residential neighborhood devoid of noise and traffic- but close to the amenities, facilities and room were very clean, free hot breakfast with good options, bed was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a King Room (the last available room that the hotel had that night) specifically because Booking.com overbooked us.

Acoustics and soundproofing the rooms could be better. You can hear noises from next door or when you’re in the hallway. It didn’t affect our sleep though. Shower pressure was low.
