I had two reservations, and both were made with the same credit card. While checking in, I informed the staff that only one of the rooms would be paid with that card, as the one reservation was for a different family member. They said it was no problem, and while checking out we would be able to pay on separate cards. To my surprise, while checking out, both rooms were charged to the card in the reservation, which is not what we have agreed, and they couldn’t revert it. Due to thar, I will need to be paid by my family member as I ended up paying his room when I shouldn’t have.

Excellent hotel. The lobby is very nice. Lovely chairs and tables for breakfast or sitting around with family. Lovely chairs the upholstered chairs. People talked about renovations affecting breakfast service. Not the case. Everything was nicely appointed. Enjoyed eggs, sausages and waffles. Cereal too and yogurt. Juices, coffee and teas available as well. I think there was some fruit. Rooms were great. Mattresses were very comfortable. Appreciate the microwave in addition to coffeemaker and fridge. Bathrooms are very nice and not tiny. My grandson loved the shallow pool (max5 feet) vice the deeper one for bigger people. Location to SeaWorld is maybe 5 minutes or less. It is such a good value! Staff was great. Very helpful and responsive.

It was clean, looked fairly new, and was in an excellent area.

There was no working dryer for washing my clothes. When I asked about it, the clerk told me to go to the hotel next door because they had it. When I walked over to the “sister hotel” next door, in the rain, they told me they didn’t have a working washing machine. I had to walk back to wash my clothes in La Quinta, then walk over to the hotel next door to dry them. Also, the alarm clock turned off completely after midnight and turned back on after 8 o’clock.

This is a very clean, comfortable place to stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location on the west end of I Drive was nice because it's not quite as busy as the other end.

They ran out of breakfast pretty quick so we ended grabbing something up the road.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice, bed comfy, breakfast area immaculately cleaned constantly. Close to Sea World, easy to get to Camping World Stadium from there. Best value for area.

No ESPN, ESPN +, or Disney related channels on tv due to a contract dispute.

Everything went perfectly. Our room was ready at 3 pm for check in. The room was clean and worked perfect for us. the rest of the hotel was very clean as well and the staff was all super friendly and helpful.

Not that it smelled bad, but whatever they used for fragrence smelled nice but was very strong. We also werent able to use the hot tub becuase it was closed off. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice since we rarely get the opportunity without kids.

The staff was so welcoming and fast.. I was traveling for 2 days and wanted to sleep asap! The Spanish lady at the desk made everything so easy and quick with a smile..The room was big and comfortable I felt safe. I will be back again ..Thank you!

The floor in the room was sticky and dirty. I changed my room and still encountered the same thing..that was the only thing I didn't like.

The breakfast was ok. I did not reqlly judge it too much because it came with the room.

The matress in our room was a bit worn and it felt like you were sleeping with your feet elevated.

Nice staff and clean space.

There’s no air circulation at the room so it feels a lot the humidity. The breakfast is okay for the price.
