The Accommodation was excellent spacious and had great facilities

Most locations offer free transport to the Disney parks, this was not a facility available to us and the location meant lots of dollars spent on taxi fares. This would influence my decision to book the Magic Villas again as this put roughly $850 on our trip

Spacious, near Disney, gated community. They answer for maintenance quickly. This area is on the borders of Orlando city and it belongs to the surrounding smaller towns, Kissimmee to be specific. It is adjacent to all Disney theme parks and it has many restaurants and shopping in the area along 530 road. However, you need to drive 20-30 minutes to central Orlando for malls and outlets and all other than Disney attractions, activities, and Orlando sights. I loved the place since I had a car to go to all these places. Kitchenware was enough. No cleaning liquids. You need to bring those. A single toilet paper is there at each toilet. There are towels. No soap. You MUST have a car to book here. Wasn't a problem for me since I had. But, others coming should be aware.

The place is beautiful, the Facilities staff is very attentive. The location is great.

It's a Villa.I have stayed in similar places managed by Holiday Inn and Hilton. They are stocked with the basics. This place had horrible thin yellowish once white towels, not enough to use for a 5-day stay. The couches had what looked like sry snot, so who wants to sit there. There was only one blanket in the entire unit, and it was disgusting dirty. Again, with like dried snot. I'm very disappointed. Not even a tiny salt and pepper shaker, no coffee or tea bags.. Considering the high price I paid for five days, I expected a little more. And last, my mattress was hard as a rock in the master bedroom. I had to buy towels and place them on top to sleep on the couch in the master. For anyone staying here, make sure you bring all your basics. This is not a hotel, or an Airbnb. It's a unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Magic Village. The apartment were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially loved the pool area incl. beach volleyball field. The location was perfect — close to the Walt Disney World Resort. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

While we had a lovely stay, there are a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen is very minimally equipped — if you plan to cook, you will need to bring your own supplies such as a cutting board, vegetable peeler, dish towel, and cleaning cloth or sponge. Additionally, the bathroom drains were quite slow and could use some maintenance. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the clean and comfortable space.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Magic Village Views, we had to move hotels last minute and managed to find a beautiful villa here on the same day, we couldn’t believe how luxurious the villa was for the price, an absolute bargain. Immaculate, beautiful furnishings, well equipped and very comfortable. We are a family of 4 and our villa was very spacious, we stayed in the 3 bed villa with bbq and hot tub, the patio area was wonderful. The hot tub was a gorgeous addition and very clean, although we didn’t get to use it much due to the heatwave in Florida at the moment, but this would be amazing for cooler weather. The pool was immaculate and so quiet, there is no shade by the pool but there are cabanas that provide shade, there was never a worry that we wouldn’t get a bed at any time of our stay. Parasols by the pool to provide shade & some music by the pool would make this stay even more wonderful. The staff are very chilled, allowed us to have guests to visit which many Florida hotels don’t allow. Wonderful location for all parks and shops.

The house is quite new, big and spacious. It is equipped very well. Parking is easy and right next to the house. Reception is very attentive and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The place was cleaned very well.

Some things are in a somewhat lower quality/standard then the rest. For example: the door handles are cheap and precarious and the shower head handles/knobs as well. Electric kettle is not provided and using the stove top kettle is much less convenient. They are very cheap on the supplies. You get one small bar soap per bath so you need to move it from the sink to the shower.... when asking for another I was told that it costs $1, same goes for every thing else like the dishwasher capsule or paper towel roll.. All staff members that were sent to the room when needed did not speak English at all !!

Lovely and spacious villa, could park right in front of it. All the bedrooms had their own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The hot tub and bbq grill were great to have, we made good use of them during our stay. Great location, 10 - max 30 minutes drive to all the different disney parks and Universal Studios, close to some small stores that do takeaway food till late and 6 mins from a big Walmart.

No big complaints really, but the carpet upstairs is a bit tired, and the towel rails need tighten up. Ideally, need to have more pans in the kitchen; we asked for an extra pan and it was brought within 10 minutes.

Great location and facilities. Staff were very responsive and helpful throughout. The villa was excellent.

Just before our holiday, we discovered a lot of reviews about overzealous nonsensical fees being applied and we almost didn’t come because of those. During the holiday we were very conscious of these and It was stressful feeling we had to cover our backs. However I would say we had no such trouble ourselves and the staff we encountered were helpful and solved any issues we raised immediately so I would be more relaxed next time. Kitchen also needs a lot more equipment!

Beautiful unit with two floors, all nice sized rooms, well furnished. The grounds were well kept, and the staff were all pleasant. The locations was also great for those going to Disney parks. And amazing value.

The units were mostly clean, but the shag carpet in the family rooms was not...worse, the vacuums just weren't suited for shag carpets, and as such were useless for cleaning it (which explains why they weren't clean). The staff did their best to assist, even changing out the vacuum cleaner and sending someone to try to vacuum for us...the problem is that they all used the same type of vacuum, so it didn't work. I think we got unlucky a little as well, because some prior renters somehow brought wood chips into the unit that were stuck in the carpet. That being said, it still wasn't too bad, and we adjusted accordingly. Note that the rest of the unit was very clean.

Large, clean and modern unit. Extremely quiet and very spacious. We are a family of three and it was a perfect unit offering an ensuite in each room. Large washer/dryer units were great and the kitchen was well equipped with basic utensils and plates.

Only one restaurant on the property which also served as the bar. No pool bar or concession area to buy anything-snacks, coffees etc. Property is more suited for adults as there isn't a lot to offer for younger kids. One pool but no slides or playground area (that we could see). We spent most of the time off the property so it wasn't a big issue for us and we also stocked up from Walmart which is across the road. There is a Starbucks across the road as well.
