It was clean and the staff was great

Their was no microwave in the room you had to pay 16 dollars to eat breakfast and the location was a lil father out than expected it's back up in the cut

We were very tired after a long hot day at Disney and could still enjoy the fireworks from our nice cool room.

My son loved the playground area

The was hidden fees. Breakfast is not free it’s $17 per person per day plus a $50 fee at check in.

It was awesome all the personal from checking in ,Room service,the fenomenal breakfast they had a lot off to choose from, the pool was a great experience never over crowded and free cabanas and plenty of them . My husband is doble amputee and we forgot to bring his shower chair and the provide us one. That was awesome in less then 10 min it was in our room. The Girls at bar where we ordered food the were friendly and very welcoming. We had a great time and we enjoyed every minute of it. Will come back for sure❤️

Even tho all was very clean i would rather have floors not rugs

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. It is very close to Disney World.

I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids (4 & 8). We paid extra for the breakfast for the room. The resort did not get our meal confirmation on their end and was asked to show proof that we booked the room with the meal. I had to look for the email confirmation with the meal for it. It took a little while for me to find it but I did. The meal voucher they gave was 3 people and said my 4 year old eats for free. We stay 4 nights and 2 of the day we went for breakfast we had no issue. But the other 2 days, the staff said that I needed to have the front desk change the voucher to 4 people. That was the only issue I had with the resort.

Good location. Starbucks was a plus.

They didn’t clean the room as much as they could have. Also the hot water went out and we couldn’t take a shower unless you wanted to do a cold one.

The family enjoyed a staycation. The staff is friendly. I have two separate bookings but they manage to let us continue our stay in the same room. We don't have to check-in & out. The room (Wellness with Two Queen Beds) is nice, comfy, and clean. The kids love the playground, and the pool. The pizza restaurant is delicious too, for a good price!

There is no refrigerator. Only a "cool box". There is no microwave in the room. Both were not convenient for family, especially with kids, who have left overs. There is two microwave in the lobby for everyone to use. Sometimes it's dirty, or sometimes it has a long line just to heat up the food for a minute.

The room was very quiet.The pool is open until 11:00, that’s great!

At breakfast they asked me for a coupon for breakfast, I said that I would bring it after breakfast because I forgot it in the room and why should I take it if I already paid for everything when booking, you should inform the manager yourself at breakfast that my room is fully paid for, and not ask for some papers as if you live in the last century, moreover, as I understand it, they were very afraid that I would have breakfast for free and themselves went to find out at the reception if I paid, that is, they smiled, but did not believe me, this is very disappointing that they think that I want to deceive them because of some $ 20. This is sad. You need to trust your customers!

Location short drive to all things disney. We visited disney springs, animal kingdom, magic kingdom, and fort wilderness. Walmart across the highway less than 5 min had so much disney gifts it was nice too. The room was OK beds comfy. Kids loved play area. I would skip the breakfast.

Breakfast was not worth the fee charged go down the road to eat.
