It’s clean , staff are friendly

There was painting going on I the pool area with 2 Zoom Booms so not usable. It would have been nice for a heads up. I was put in an accessible room on the first floor. I told them I didn’t need one the girl at the desk said the regular kings were more but didn’t give me a chance to find out about it and booked me In. The first floor can be rough to begin with but this room is right across way of outside doors and people are not quiet after 12 with doors banging sleep is not good.

Everything beside. Walmart, target, dollar tree. Tons of the restaurant and fast food near by walking distance. Free parking. Breakfast was simple but for the kid and quickly eat before going outside its more then enough. So we are enjoy a lot. Because it was calm. Without noize from the neighbour. Big plus its nice size of tv with interesting channel so kid can watch cartoon at evening

With this price everything was amazing

cleaning of the room was fabulous. specially due to multiple hectic parks we could not arrange stuff but the lady was so nice to meticulously clean it every time.

bathroom door lock not working. only one chair in room. should be 2 at least. no coffee table.

The breakfast was good with breakfast variety every morning. The location is approximately 10 minutes from Disney parks and 20 from Universal parks. The staff was super helpful especially Freddy who helped my group out with 5am transportation when I was having difficulty finding a vehicle large enough. My travelling party loved the free cookies that were set out for guest as a night snack. Also there are multiple places ajacent to get a quick meal. Not forgetting the 24 hour CVS store that is across the parking lotand many souvenir stores neighbourong the hotel. The vemue was affordable and great!

The pool was wonderful as was the breakfast. The staff was amazing and helped with my scooter rental. The room was clean. I enjoyed coming back at the end of a long day with a greeting from the staff member behind the desk and a cookie.

The shuttle service is not ADA friendly, so that caused a bit of a snag. The hotel did not know if they were or not and suggested I call the shuttle service. I called and they will arrange shuttle service for you if you have a mobility issue but only if you use your own scooter - if you use a rented one they will not accommodate you. So, we had to use a rental car back and forth to the parks and rent a scooter that would break down enough to fit in the rental car.

Good location for getting to the Disney parks and good shopping options, pillows and bed were comfortable. Staff are very friendly, helpful and great to deal with. Food locations nearby are good with lots of variety and Walmart is 15 minutes walk away if you need to do any shopping. This is a value hotel with everything that entails and that is well reflected in the cost. Excellent price for people who just want somewhere to crash after spending the day at a theme park.

Not a lot of variety with the buffet, some minor issues with cleanliness of the room and not a lot of options for food in your room besides what a microwave can do. The shuttle bus is not run by the hotel but by a third party and is to be avoided where possible - ours showed up 15 minutes late and dropped us off at the transport hub with no explanation when I was expecting to arrive at Magic Kingdom as the booking implied. If you have early access or a time sensitive day don't bother with the shuttle bus.

Furthermore, the location proved to be ideal, with convenient proximity to Walmart and various gift shops for any last-minute needs or souvenirs. The complimentary shuttle service to Disney was an invaluable bonus, adding significant convenience to our travel plans. We recommend this hotel and look forward to returning on our next visit.

Excellent friendly staff who could not do more to assist. Arriving without delayed luggage, Stephanie promptly gave us toothbrushes, toothpaste, Razor & foam and advised where the nearest Walmart was to purchase clothing essentials. Throughout the stay room service staff were always cheerful and efficient. Location is excellent and we watched Magic Kingdom fireworks from room window. Plenty of food outlets within short walk or shorter drive. Walmart only across road so everything in easy reach. Parking more than adequate and side door entrance right by elevators. Included buffet style breakfast was fine - didn't try pancake machine but plenty did. Avoid peak breakfast times. Bed was comfy and room clean. Good selection of USB outlets for charging devices. Fridge and microwave available. Outside pool which we didn't use. One could always nitpick and say room was a bit tired but it was absolutely fine and we would happily stay there again.

Coffee machine in room is fine but option of a kettle for tea would have been nice.

Breakfast was Awesome because the menu was different everyday. It was also nice and clean atmosphere too. The staff member Devron she was outstanding she was very friendly, helpful and excellent customer service during our stay at the hotel. Also, the cleaning crew and other staff members were great as well and the baked cookies was great too.

Me and my family have nothing but good reviews with our stay at this hotel. We loved the location it was perfect it a lot of options for restaurants and all the stores and gift shops you can think of.

Staff were very pleasant, courteous, and helpful with a smile. The breakfasts were simple and delicious. The pans of hot food were always filled and ready, along with many choices of hot and self serve items like bagels, fruit, cereal, etc... The ladies serving breakfast were on top of replacing the food every second, and they did it with a smile. The hotel common areas were clean. Our room was clean, beds linens were fresh. I'd say the hotel has age, and you can see updates, but they didn't cause any concern for us. It was a great place to stay. Very close to anything you need, Wal-mart, food, pharmacy type stores. Close to many styles of restaurants, fast food or sit down.

Coffee in room was only small keurig style maker, with little fixings to make my coffee in the morning. The good part to that was that coffee was hot, ready and good in the breakfast area. I would like to be able to make a good cup without leaving my room though at times. Not a complaint, more of a preference.
