It’s clean , staff are friendly

There was painting going on I the pool area with 2 Zoom Booms so not usable. It would have been nice for a heads up. I was put in an accessible room on the first floor. I told them I didn’t need one the girl at the desk said the regular kings were more but didn’t give me a chance to find out about it and booked me In. The first floor can be rough to begin with but this room is right across way of outside doors and people are not quiet after 12 with doors banging sleep is not good.

Everything beside. Walmart, target, dollar tree. Tons of the restaurant and fast food near by walking distance. Free parking. Breakfast was simple but for the kid and quickly eat before going outside its more then enough. So we are enjoy a lot. Because it was calm. Without noize from the neighbour. Big plus its nice size of tv with interesting channel so kid can watch cartoon at evening

With this price everything was amazing

cleaning of the room was fabulous. specially due to multiple hectic parks we could not arrange stuff but the lady was so nice to meticulously clean it every time.

bathroom door lock not working. only one chair in room. should be 2 at least. no coffee table.

Excellent friendly staff who could not do more to assist. Arriving without delayed luggage, Stephanie promptly gave us toothbrushes, toothpaste, Razor & foam and advised where the nearest Walmart was to purchase clothing essentials. Throughout the stay room service staff were always cheerful and efficient. Location is excellent and we watched Magic Kingdom fireworks from room window. Plenty of food outlets within short walk or shorter drive. Walmart only across road so everything in easy reach. Parking more than adequate and side door entrance right by elevators. Included buffet style breakfast was fine - didn't try pancake machine but plenty did. Avoid peak breakfast times. Bed was comfy and room clean. Good selection of USB outlets for charging devices. Fridge and microwave available. Outside pool which we didn't use. One could always nitpick and say room was a bit tired but it was absolutely fine and we would happily stay there again.

Coffee machine in room is fine but option of a kettle for tea would have been nice.

The hotel staff was SO helpful - even lending me some packing tape! The breakfast bar was the best I’ve seen at this price point — there was a pancake machine, some form of eggs (not the standard hard-boiled either), fresh fruit, and a meat product each day. The bed was comfortable and did not have those awful comforter type covers that include the sheet so it’s all or nothing I find nearly everywhere these days. Also there was maid service EVERY day including new towels and made beds. The location was very handy for all the Disney parks (ignore the GPS telling you to get on Irlo Bronson Hwy and make an unprotected u-turn for the Disney parks - just continue 1 block on Irlo Bronson and turn right on Sherberth Rd and follow the updated directions). Also Maingate is a little hard to spot - it’s between the Mermaid Gift Shop with the GIANT mermaid on the front and a ‘Disney Gifts Outlet’ store.

The pillows were a bit hard for my taste. I wasn’t interested in using the pool but it looked a bit small but clean.

The breakfast was very good. Great choice provided to suit everybody's preferences - hot food, pancakes, many cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, bread for toast and pastries. Fruit juices and tea and coffee. The coffee was available all day and freshly made cookies to collect between 5pm and 7pm. Great location with pharmacy close by and restaurants too. The free shuttle bus to Disney was a bonus.

Nothing to complain about. The bedroom was very nice but the shower was a little tired and could be updated.

Leo, the night manager, gave us exceptional service on several occasions when we needed an adjustment to our ever-changing itinerary. He really went above and beyond to help us out The housekeepers Maria and Raisbel were so pleasant and had great attitudes always getting us changes of towels when asked and keeping our rooms clean. We had an issue with the shower faucet and the maintenance guys fixed it right away. And the kitchen crew worked hard to keep food out there for the breakfast each morning, and it was always a big crowd for breakfast The daytime managers were also helpful and very courteous. The day we checked in we had come in to the airport early and the day time manager helped us take early occupancy by a couple of hours, a welcome relief!

Staff was friendly upon check in and the bottle was neat and clean. It was decorated for Halloween which was nice to see. The room was spacious and the AC worked well, which is important in Florida lol. The free breakfast was to standard. Each day the main options changed.

Please consider changing the pillows on the beds. They weren't comfortable at all. Also in our bathroom one of the sinks had a drain that we could not raise which made using the 2nd sink not an option. Our shower also continuously dripped after use. We had to really tighten the handle (way too tight) for it to stop.

We are arrived pretty late at the hotel, as we had a delay picking up our rented car at the airport. On getting to the property we met the front desk officer Freddie, who greeted us and welcomed us to the hotel. He was very kind and helpful, answered all our questions. There was also daily cleaning services, towels, bins, and everything is changed on daily basis. Free WiFi was avail Throughout our stay. Location is excellent, about 15mins drive to SeaWorld and about 10mins drive to Disney Animal kingdom. Property is also close to so many eateries and restaurants (all within walking distance). Property is also about 30mins drive to Florida mall where we did most of our personal travel shopping. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend this hotel.

We wish there was at least a restaurant on site in the hotel. Breakfast time could also be extended to at least 10:30am

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay and arranged it so that I didn't have to switch rooms. I liked the complimentary breakfast with some options that were different every day. It is not far from the Disney attractions, and it is close to restaurants, and you can shop for souvenirs nearby, too. There is also a Walmart and CVS close by. I enjoyed my stay.

The free shuttle QR code didn't work, and I couldn't book any rides to the Disney theme parks. The staff tried to help, but they were not able to book it either, so I had to take a rideshare to the parks.
