Don’t let the low score dissuade you as it is reflective of prior management; this place is currently under new management and is in the process of fixing all rooms. Our place wasn’t available on arrival so we were upgraded to the king suite. Everything was clean, working, and made for a very comfortable stay. Great, courteous and helpful staff too!

There is an extra $13 fee that booking.com doesn’t have here that you pay at the desk. Would’ve been better to have this known beforehand on this site.

Checking in was super easy and super fast. The person at the desk was friendly and professional. There was always plenty of parking and the staff was amazing.

We reserved a non smoking room but when we got into the room the smell was atrocious. We ended up having to get a candle just to mask the smell. And that still didn't help. The pictures on the site are very misleading. It shows a couch and a chair for a desk. But we actually had to move from our first room because there was a hole in the wall and there was no couch and no chair. The staff did say if we wanted it they could bring it in. Just super weird to show it in the pictures and it not actually be there.

The first time we came, there were cockroaches all over the floors and everything, and we had to buy 3 sprays to get rid of them, which irritated me. Although the second time we came, it was very good, the room was clean, they had a sofa bed, and they gave us all the materials they needed. They also have guest laundry in building 400 and also the lobby with 2 - 3 vending machines there. Very good and happy that it improved. Some of the rooms are still being renovated, and I guess the first time we came, it was being renovated, but yes. Also, it's a very good location !

The first time we came here, which was like back in july, there were cockroaches everywhere. Just so some people know some of the rooms are being renovated and if it's not good I think you need to ask to switch a room like we should have done.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They give breakfast bagels, juice, coffee cereal toast, and moni pancakes. They have all facilties for washing clothes and a pool. Very close to restaurants, too!l Disney is very close by. The rooms and beds are comfortable.

Perfect location to go to the parks, very comfortable bed and, since the bedroom had a mini fridge and microwave, it is perfect to travel on a budget

Great place. Lot of reviewers don't like the long-terms residents hanging out and foot traffic, but no problem for me; everyone was nice. Room was well clean, in keeping with local standards.
