The rooms were awesome. All my family were in one apartment.

The pillows. Please get some better pillows. They hurt my neck.

The location, the staff, the style of the property, each room come with it own shower and bathroom and TV , the laundry and kitchen are very convenient for families to stay. Also the price is compatible to other hotel and facilities.

The property # 3719 we stayed in has some big red ants inside of room most every day, some of them are dead , some of them are live. The pool should open to guests at early time in summer, I felt 8am is bit too late with busy guests with daily plan, and at pool area there are not many umbrellas to block the sunlight.

The location is amazing, close to everything especially if you use the road along side the property to avoid traffic. Every member of the staff that I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The condo was very clean and has modern appliances. The fact that the property is gated provides peace of mind.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I highly recommend this property.

Loved the home we stayed in and the amenities are amazing. We appreciated the gated community that allowed us to feel even more safe. We took advantage of the gym and pool which were well manicured. The property is so close to everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We will be back again the entire family agrees this was a great place to stay. Your staff was polite and efficient, thank you for making our family Vacation a pleasant experience.

It's busy in the area, but that is to be expected.

Very clean, looked exactly like the pictures as advertised. Distance from parks and shopping great. Pool area was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen area if you choose to cook. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Stove and microwave breaker kept turning off. Restaurant inside resort is all you can eat buffet style but on the more expensive side.

Its my second time staying here with my family and we really liked the facilities and location. The estate feels secure clean and very tidy. Staff were very helpful too

The internet is really poor and mobile network service is the area is not great. You cant connect to Netflix on TV,s and when you eventually do, it gets disconnected after some time.

It was safe and within easy reach of the Disney parks, clean with plenty of space. I would stay again.

The cooking facilities were lacking, we booked this specifically to be able to make many of our meals but ended up eating out more than we wanted to. The Kitchen needs stocking with better bowls, larger cups, sharp utensils, worth putting in the notes for the property to bring/buy essentials before cooking etc

Excellent multi-bedroom layout for a big family. Fully equipped kitchen - oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, full size fridge. Conveniently located next to Disney World.

A little dated, but not critically. If staying over 1-2 days, remember to take extra paper towels, soap, toilet paper etc as those don’t get replaced

Every thing was great we spent 15 day it was great we felt as we r home the grill and the jacuzzi were extremely fun .. the location was great cvs walmart were 3-7 min a way all parks were 20-30 min away the house was big comfy and elegant It wont be our last time for-sure (inshallah)😇

No house keeping but we managed

We have been to Magic Village for the last 7 years. It has always been clean! The location is amazing!

One issue was the hot tub chemicals. I am unsure what the problem was, but it ruined a bathing suit (taking all the color out) and we smelled like chlorine! We spoke to the front desk and they said they would look into it. We've stayed there for 7 years and this was the first time this happened .
