The property was as advertised and was a fair price for the room. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the hotel is in a great location in terms of being near attractions. The hotel and rooms are no frills, but the full-size refrigerator and two-burner stove are nice to have.

I attempted to use the restroom down the hall from the lobby at one point and there was no toilet paper. When I informed the front desk I was told that the hotel didn't have any toilet paper to put in there. This was not a problem for us since we had a room with one roll, but if we had stayed longer I wonder what the hotel's plan of action would have been. Also, the curtains covering the window right above the air conditioning unit rest on the A/C vents. There was mold growing on the bottom of the curtain - probably from resting on vents blowing air full of Florida humidity. We are not too sensitive to things like that, but I can imagine others might be.

Loved the location and price. Very clean and Terry was amazing! He was knowledgeable and courteous.

I wish there were pots provided for cooking and utensils. It's great to have a kitchen but It needs to be complete with the items needed for cooking . At least the basics.

Location is excellent, facilities are new, gym onsite, good wifi, clean and well maintained

Smoke smells from other rooms via bathroom ventilation system. Poor top floor insulation, noise from people walking or kids playing late night. Bed mattress support un-leveled and squeaking. No safe lockers at room.

The staff is very professional and makes you feel at home. The assistant manager, Joshua, is very approachable and will do his best to accommodate all guests. I stayed for 2 months and will definitely miss the staff. Ms. Courtney ( with a C) is always smiling and acknowledging everyone as soon as they walk in. I want to thank the entire staff for the cleanliness of the stay. Definitely will recommend.

Only two towels, You need to take them down each night to get replacement. No Tissues, and one roll of toilet paper. I guess the guess are untrust worthy.

The staff was nice

I didn't like that when I asked for towels they were out and said that they was in the dryer and they would bring them up but never received them. Also they call my room talking about noise complaint when clearly no one was making noise cause my son was at the car and my daughter was in the shower.

The hotel is clean and the people working on this one this is very nice and they take care of us I really appreciate that everything is everything inside is clean fresh
