I really liked this hotel. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our holiday in Florida. It is about 25 minutes from the airport and has plenty of parking. It’s a 10 minute drive to Universal and the Premium Outlet. There are tonnes of chain restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was really big and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and has Dove products. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it. We did not have breakfast included so I can’t comment on that.

This is not a criticism but just something to note. The hotel has a shuttle service to Universal and Disney which was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. Unfortunately the Universal pickup times are not great - at 7am (Universal doesn’t open until 9am so I don’t really understand that one!) or at 11.10am, which is quite late. We decided to drive instead, which resulted in an extra USD30 parking cost at Universal, which I had hoped to avoid. Of course, others may be happy to go at 7am and get breakfast before the park opens… we are not early morning people :)

- Even though you were saying the property is under construction / Renovation you have put more sign for the people for the elevator. Different language would be a plus because not everyone would see you little sign. - Washing machine only available on the second floors and just 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole hotel !!! A little brutal.

Amazing staff, particularly Ms. Annabel in the front desk and the great team in the breakfast lounge. Nice cozy clean hotel in an exceptional location and it’s close to everything. Timed shuttles to most parks (taking an uber to universal is more efficient though).

No serious issues, just two points already conveyed to the team: - In-room safe is a requirement, especially for IHG standards. - White lights (cool tone) are not nice for hotel rooms. They’re more suitable for warehouses, stores, or correctional facilities! It raises anxiety and deprives us from relaxing. I wish they’re all changed to yellow lights (warm tone) so it’ll give the place more relaxing atmosphere and make the room look more deluxe.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. I slept about 10 hours each night. The grounds were clean and nice. The bar restaurant was very good . The front desk was friendly and helpful. We felt very safe there. The beds were clean. Only minor issue was the shower / bathtub faucet becoming a bit detached from the wall. It worked fine . I was just worried we would be blamed for it. We did not get a chance to try the pool. We would stay there again . It’s a great location if you are into all the theme parks. We did not realize that when booking. We were meeting with family this trip.

Lovely hotel on international drive with loads of restaurants and places to eat on your door step. Ideal location. We did not visit the parks this time as we were travelling around. Icon park over the road with loads of rides and places to eat Large bedroom, very clean & lovely comfy bed. Fridge in room and coffee maker & dove toiletries. Small shop on site with bar/restaurant but we did not use it. Lovely size swimming pool which we did use. I thought the price we paid was very good.

We were right next to the entrance and elevator and the noise was very bad at all hours. Some people just disregard the fact that there are other people in the hotel sleeping, even in the early hours of the morning. We only stayed 2 nights or I would of asked to move rooms. I will stay again but will make sure I am away from any elevators and the main entrance.

We were thrilled with our choice for our Orlando holiday. The hotel is in a fantastic location, central to both major parks (though Disney is a bit further than we expected) and situated right on International Drive, across from Icon Park. This area has an incredible selection of restaurants, so we were spoiled for dining options. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, something we noticed immediately on arrival. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, aside from a safe. The coffee shop in the hotel became our go-to for a morning boost, with great coffee, pastries, and snacks. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable both in our room and the lobby, which made planning our days easier. The friendly staff were always available and even kept things calm during Hurricane Milton.

The room didn’t have a safe, which would have been useful for our passports; we had to find other ways to secure them. Only two lifts were available, and it often felt like three would have been better to handle the flow of guests. Although the hotel offers a shuttle to the parks, the timings didn’t work for us, so we opted not to use it. During Hurricane Milton, the room Wi-Fi dropped out, though the lobby Wi-Fi remained on, which was a bit inconvenient but manageable.

Hotel is in a great location, was formerly The Allure which was awful so nice to see the Holiday Inn have taken over and totally refurbished it. Room was large, beds the most comfortable of our trip with great clean while linen and had a large well equipped bathroom. Nice reception and gift shop but not the greatest of restaurants, ok for a quick drink but food not the best. We were there whilst Hurricane Milton hit, we felt very safe and the young lad that ran the bar the day after did a fabulous job on his own running the bar and dealing with food orders. They did very well in accommodating my request for a room close to reception ( had a very bad accident prior to our visit so requested low level room and close to main reception) they are also very responsive to any queries you may have. Overall a great clean hotel with lots of free parking, would definitely stay again.

Still not keen on pool area, not been improved much since it was the Allure, very bland and pool very cold although there are plenty of sunbeds and clean towels. We’ve stayed in many hotels in Orlando and most are heated especially at this price point but this one was not. Don’t like that you have to walk all through reception to get to pool, there is a side access but it’s no quicker and takes you by loading area/access, this could be addressed better. We had a lot of noise one night with a young group partying, not the hotels fault but it can be noisy. Despite our opinion of the pool area it was clean and never too busy and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and quiet. The staff was exceptionally friendly — whether at the front desk, during breakfast, or the housekeeping team, everyone was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offers excellent value for money, and we highly recommend booking it in advance. The hotel is conveniently located right across from several restaurants and Icon Park, which is great for families with kids. It’s also only about a 10-minute drive to Universal Studios. Overall, a very pleasant stay — we highly recommend this hotel!

Location was great for our stay, right across from Icon Park (walking distance) quick check in but the girl was kinda rude, she appeared mad that she was working probably hates her job, not sure. Biggest downfall of the room was that we were assigned an accessible room we didn’t reserve so the shower water went into the room. The room however, was huge. Big comfy bed, rotating tv stand so if we wanted to watch tv on the opposite side we could. Towels seemed to be hard to acquire. Was told we needed to come down stairs just to be told we needed to wait because they weren’t ready.

Holiday Inn is clean, fresh and modern and has great facilities, the employees were very pleasant and friendly and I appreciated that Elisa could check us in early. The room we stayed in was clean, bright and modern too! The beds are extremely comfortable and having the option to choose from a soft or firm pillow gives an extra touch! I use Dove branded products at home so it was great to see this in the bathroom. I also liked the vanity unit with mirror and outlet, you don’t always get both. We only stayed for one night and I would stay here again, we’ve already recommended to our family who are vacationing here in the next couple of months. Thank you for a great stay!
