Almost everything.

Parking was horrible last night. Parking placards needed for hotel guest's car windshield. Parking for hotel guests should come first or be a priority to hotel owner. It was quite uncomfortable, for me, to sit in my vehicle, in Golden Coral Restaurant parking space, waiting for someone to move their car at the hotel's parking spot. Though I enjoy the stay, parking last night was horrible. Vehicles were parked in the handicap spaces that were not or did not, display "handicap decal/placard. It was very uncomfortable for me walking that far across the parking lot, to & from golden corral restaurant to find or beg someone leaving their hotel parking spot, to not move their vehicle, until, "I drove my vehicle back to hotel parking". What happened to me and my family was unacceptable.

Price, breakfast and I looked for bananas but they didn't have it. I had 3 sausages n a slice a bread, apple juice. I love my TV size, not my bed closer to the door because it leans..to my right. I love my view..

The parking is terrible n they towing signs everywhere so I ask the staff n she responds they don't really tow cars away.. that didn't make me feel better.. so I moved my car again to a safe place n on the hotel property n not golden corral property. I wonder why is it a fan blowing at the end of my hallway n toilet about to over flow before I left for my day. I'll never stay again in the area.. long line when I arrived n ppl walking up saying their keys is not working but mines did.. SMH

We stayed there for a week. The staff were GREAT ! They helped us with anything we might need, very attentive. Also the housekeeping people were very nice. Like 5 star Hotel. The breakfast is very good if you are not late. The room was big. The swimming pool was clean.

Well, the Hotel is old, it still has carpet on the floors and the smell is really really bad in the rooms. But they are renovating the place, hope it gets much better.

Breakfast was good. Liked the varieties. Great location. Check was quick. I reached before PM. I contacted the hotel and requested early check in and my room was ready when I got there. Had a good view. Have stayed there twice before this and will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

The fact that I didn't book a longer stay.🙂

Staff was good

On 4/29/24 a couple next door our room was fighting at 11:30 pm and it lasted for an hour or two with screaming, furniture turning over, slamming and banging of their door. We was unable to sleep through all of that. Breakfast was terrible cooked. Shower curtain in the bathroom was coming apart on top (ripped) and shower head was rusted.

The staff and proximity to activities in the Orlando area was phenomenal.

As explained by the staff, the hotel was recently bought, and they’re in the process of remodeling. I think if I had gone six months later, I would not have anything to mark the hotel down on. They were amazing.

The room nice and comfortable, The location nice, but the pool not. When I made my reservation, I call the office ask if their pool will be available, I was told it will be. The day of my arrive I check the pool it was trash with leaves and other stuff. I ask when it will be clean out, I was told soon. I check it wasn't. The next day I went to the desk told them the pool not clean they told me the guys about to clean it. I wait about an hour nothing happens, I got a text from the desk and was told that the hotel behind them Best Westen was a part of them and I can go swimming in the pool there, I text back to them and stated I paid my money here at this hotel and I should not have to go to another hotel to get in their pool. Minutes later the desk text me saying that they is cleaning the pool right now I told them no they are not because I'm looking out the window and no one out there about ten minutes later they all were out there cleaning it.

That the pool wasn't clean. I feel that pool should always clean for the use of their costumers

Kinisha, at the front desk was extremely helpful and sweet. She never made me feel like a bother for all my questions. The breakfast was great as well. Check in and check out were a breeze. Will stay again when I come back with the kiddos.

The bed was a little on the harder side but not bad.

The reception staff was efficient in resolving our request and the breakfast lady's attention was wonderful.

Our reservation was for 2 large beds and 1 sofa bed, when we received the room the sofa bed did not have a mattress and at reception, they changed our room 3 times but all 3 were in the same condition. It wasn't until the next day that housekeeping fixed it. I hope it doesn't happen to another family.

The receptionist who checked us in. Was super professional and very curious . This is the hotel we stay when we come to Orlando . Cold ac unit. The room was very cleaned Definitely coming back .

I did not like that we had go back home to Miami. Thank you
