Location great, price super for the quality of the room, spacious bedroom, the most comfortable bed, lots of free parking, breakfast was fine (muffins, toast, juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal) walking distance to walgreens, good restaurants within 15 min walk

The smell in the lift was awful (from the heat & people using it still wet from the pool) and there was a lot of noise (air conditioning machine rattled and I could hear the road noise) but I am a very light sleeper. There is a shuttle bus to the universal parks but I think it was only at 10am and returning at 5pm so not ideal if you plan to be there for the full day but we had a rental car anyway. (There is a bus stop outside but we didn’t use it, I don’t know where it goes)

The property is in a great location, within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and activities. It's only an 8 -9 minute drive to Universal Studios and a 12-minute drive to SeaWorld. The breakfast was great with a lot of different options to choose from.

The only complaint is the water pressure and temperature of the hot water, also the AC was very loud. The water pressure had a flow, but it wasn’t high pressure and the water temperature was not hot at all it was more lukewarm. The AC was extremely loud, but most nights I was extremely tired so I just slept through it, it was annoying if you were up trying to watch TV it was louder than the TV volume.

Great location, nice staff, good amenities, and it was clean. The room was nice and cold but more blankets would have been nice - we were freezing! They gave us body wash, shampoo + conditioner in one. It was also nice that we got a free drink next door at Kobe and we could easily walk to shops/dining across the street. Ride share was cheap to get to the parks too.

No wash cloths in the rooms and the shower head had 5-6 streams of water, so that was annoying. The faucet and stop in the tub you could move around freely, same with the sink. It needed to be secured. I’ve stayed in lower end hotels and had bigger TVs for a smaller room. Not that we watched much but it was tiny and the remote back was black electrical tape and no TV guide.

The convenience that everything was very close to the hotel.

When we checked into our room, there was a musty smell. I thought maybe it was the carpet. It smell like something wet. When we first entered the hotel to check in there was a pleasant smell in the hotel lobby. Just some advice that same smell the hotel lobby has you should put them in all your rooms.

Check-in was fast and assisted us in the payment process with multiple cards. Front Desk also assisted in routes and indications of places to eat. The cleaning team was fantastic. Each time we arrived in the room it was impeccable: clean, fragrant, organized and with towels and replaced bathroom items. At breakfast the team was always available and replacing the items. The check-out was also fast and simple.

Some suggestions for improvement: The shower did not have a very good water flow. At the end of a day of walks and shopping, the best thing is to be able to take a good and refreshing bath. It would be ideal to have a shower with greater flow of water and pressure. Regarding breakfast, one thing I missed were the machines of making pancakes and waffles. In a few days they served waffles, but they were small and were not the same consistency as those that are made on time. Bacon eggs were very good, but unfortunately they were not available every day. I consider bacon eggs, in addition to pancakes and waffles, such as the US breakfast symbols and would like them to be available every day.

Location, location, location! Comfortable beds, good hot/cold shower. Friendly awesome staff, morning and evening group. Breakfast was good too. Do not expect gourmet, but it is just enough to start your day.

I requested 3 months in advance a room with view of ICON Park. Even a friendly reminder was sent 6 days before arrival. To no avail. We have stayed many times on International Drive, the ICON view is all we need all the trips. We did not get such room this time. My son, but we did not want to waste time and request a room change since it should have been there when we arrived. Rooms were outdated. For the rest all was good.

The Location is excellent with several options for dining within walking distance. It is very close to the parks as well, specially universal. Free parking is great. The bed was comfortable, the room is spacious and there was a coffee machine available which was great.

Breakfast is ok, however the room in which it is served needs better exhaustion of the smell/smoke. That said, you can have breakfast outside by the pool, which is a nice option. The shower has an issue with the curtain, since it allows water to drip outside and leaves the bathroom wet. Maybe a small change in the position of the curtain would make it much better.

Clean rooms and towels every day. Bathroom sink out of the toilet which we found useful. Nice location close to Icon park and other places. Very good breakfast for all 4 of us, without vouchers etc. shuttle bus for Universal studios, and more(not Disney). They give you daily schedule buy you have to ask reception were exactly to stand to take the bus(don’t wait in the lobby or out of it. Ask the receptionist they will tell you). Friendly staff

No elevator and they had booked us on the 4tth floor. We could change the next day to the 2nd but we didn’t as the problem was the luggage carrying to 4th which we had to do. Confusion with the deposit at the checkin. Double holding the deposit of 50$\night by mistake. Booking didn’t answer to our messages for our concearns about that. Only AI suggesting to talk to the property. We booked with booking & we wished to speak with booking. Thank god at our check out there was that guy from the accounts willing to help us with the confusion, he solved it and made us feel we would go again or recommend the property to others

The beds were clean and nicely made, and the room included all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Customer service was also wonderful—friendly and attentive, which really made a difference.

Cleanliness in some areas could be improved. The carpet and floor did not look properly cleaned, with some dust and hair noticeable around the room. The sink still had remains from what seemed to be a previous guest’s shaving, and the toilet door had some sticky smudges. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and the service excellent, better attention to detail in cleaning would greatly enhance the guest experience.
