pool view was beautiful the room was amazing! the deposit came back immediately and it was just $50. pool closed at 10!

housekeeping! housekeeping came to our room at 9am and without knocking walked in on me and my husband having intercourse.! and it didn’t stop there ANOTHER housekeeper came a hour later knocking repeatedly to the point I had to get out of character and tell her it’s not even checkout time get away from my door.! when I told the front desk I’m leaving a hour before without a shower or anything because of this all he said was that he’d speak to the manager there is no accommodation in that.! Don’t know about returning because of this weirdness

There was no breakfast or anything in the dining area. I lost $100 due to a receptionist/specialist not following through with a request after she stated she did it. Oh, and they ask for last four of debit card for some reason.

Pool was great, hot tub was perfect temperature. Lounge chairs were very comfortable. Room was spacious, and clean. I did not see any bugs, as some reviewers have noted. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location!

Bigger TV in living room would have been preferred. It was approximately a 32 inch TV. Some staining on carpets and older (but perfectly functional) appliances, however I did not expect a 4 star hotel.

The location was great. The room was spacious, very spacious. Clean, great amenities. It was quiet, we felt safe.

The front desk clerk was lacking on customer service skills. I was standing in line while he dealt with the group checking in. He turns to me and says this is going to take a very long while. It was almost 9, I just wanted to check in and get my kids to bed. I said ok, but I need to check in. It took him a few minutes to realize I wasn't going anywhere before he decided to check me in while the other guests were in hold? I don't know. But he needs some training.

The location was perfect. The faciliry was what1 we needed with kitchen, full size refrigarator, game room, gym, pool. All great . Graet staff.

The coffe maker needs replacement. Shold have towel service daily. But all the rest og good make me pick it for my next stay in Orlando everytime I return.

Honestly I was scared given the Google reviews I saw but our room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. The staff was very friendly. It was nice having a kitchenette with pots, pans, and dishes. Location was quiet yet convenient to I Drive and lots of restaurants and such. I would stay here again.

It’s old and visibly tired. WiFi was slow but worked consistently. Everything was kinda loud - the HVAC system, the dishwasher, etc.

The elevators are terrible: very slow and only one works Take care of small details, for example, the bathroom extractor fan made a lot of noise and we preferred not to turn it on.

The room was nice and cozy, the sheets had a smell like they had being away without washing for a while, but i took my own. The Breakfast Cafeteria was closed.

It said that breakfast was included and when we got to the hotel we were told that there was no breakfast available.
