The room was spacious and welcoming. The breakfast portions were filling. I enjoyed the breakfast voucher method and made getting breakfast easier. The location made it convenient for traveling. Amusement parks, shopping centers, dining and fun were all within a reasonable distance from the hotel to walk or drive to.

The suite was brand new and well appointed with a nice sitting area. The living room also had a bistro table for two to dine on if needed and ottomans to use while sitting on the sofa. The bathroom was small but had a nice walk in shower. The sleek modern styling is impressive and the beds are very comfortable. The location was good for access to Universal and Icon Park

There was no breakfast available except for a coffee shop with packaged goods in the hard to access lobby building. The rooms are not connected to the lobby, you must go outside to get to the lobby where food is located. There was no Guest Laundry facilities that were operational in this very new hotel ( I was told they were yet to be fully installed ) and the elevators are only on one corner of the building, making for a long walk outside during our December visit.

The room was very clean and I loved the extra space of the living room area with the sliding door. Toiletries were really nice and the energy in the room felt comfortable and upscale.

We were only here for the night and arrived late after an event. We were only in the room to sleep after a long day so I didn't have time to dislike anything.

The location is a newly renovated hotel. It truly is resort style. We enjoyed the pool. The location was clean. There were attractions , food and shopping in walking distance.

The air conditioning unit was loud. However, after days at the parks I barely noticed once I was asleep.

I will to send a short out for The front desk Lady name Ruth she goes beyond her duties to help my family make us feel home with her beautiful smiles every morning there’s so much I could say about she’s wonderful! And also the manager understands great person! I will go back with my eyes close great breakfast every morning!

The property looked as good as the pictures. Everything looked new, updated, and clean. Would stay again. We stayed on the 6th floor and had great views of the Orlando Eye and a great view from the rear window.

The room needs more lighting for the evenings. The bathroom fan was loud.

The entire experience can easily compare to a 5 star hotel. The decor, cleanliness, comfort, delicious complimentary breakfast served by attentive staff Terrel who made sure we were happy and served promptly. Ready to return and recommend to friends. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Breakfast was good...however the process for the free Breakfast was unclear. Did not know it was sit down service. Didn't have cash ready for tip so we took it to go. Also no coffee maker in room. Had to drive off property to get some...that was a bit inconvenient

The rooms/hotel were very clean and there was plenty of room for a family of 4. Excellent location!

The water in our shower wouldn’t stay warm. There are no full length mirrors in the rooms.

The room was very clean, and everything worked as expected. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

The free breakfast was a nice touch, but the waffles were cold and the coffee was lukewarm.
