Big rooms, good location, good value for money, very clean and rooms look like they've been modernised recently. Location is 10mins Uber from all the parks and other attractions. Decent sized fridge and microwave in the room was a great idea!

The aircon in the room is internal so extremely noisy. The breakfast was very poor and pretty unhealthy, with very limited options and disposable plates/cutlery the norm. The pool was filthy, didn't get cleaned once in the 10nights I was there. Human hair, debris and green slime in pool. Wi-Fi speed was terrible! Flaky 5mbps at best in the day of fibre is atrocious. Vending machine on my floor was not restocked with water in 10day stay.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Right off, International Drive close to everything. I loved the pool and hot tub.

I wish they had more options for breakfast.

Everything was perfect. I stayed with my family for 3 weeks. Location was convenient to go to the parks. It is 5 minutes to Universal Studios and 7 minutes to Sea World by car. There are shuttles to Disney & Universal Theme Parks, but there aren’t any shuttles to Sea World. The shuttle has two departure times to Universal Studios in the morning, but only one return time at 6:00 pm which was one hour before the park closing. If you want to stay for 7 pm illumination fireworks at the park, take Lyft or Uber for less than $ 7. The shuttle serves two or three other hotels so it’s sometimes better to go by Uber to the parks to save time. We bought tickets to Seaworld & Busch Gardens Tampa.We needed to book seats in the shuttle that leaves to Busch Gardens Tampa at 8:00 am from Icon Park (15 minutes on foot from the hotel), the shuttle leaves the part at 7:00 pm. The shuttle is included in the ticket price. The park worth visiting because there are like 13 roller coasters, attractive shows, zoo and a train that takes you from station to the other for free. We bought two days tickets for Universal Studios, and got two free days visits to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure. It was cold so Universal third park was closed because it is an aqua park (Volcano Bay). There is a short cut (a bridge) on foot between the hotel and International Drive if you need to take the bus or the I-ride to the Outlet (Premium International Drive Outlet is 12 minutes away by bus) & (Premium Vineland Outlet is 40 minutes away by bus). We also shopped at Burlington & TJMaxx in International Drive. We went by bus to Florida mall for more shopping. A large number of restaurants are located in International Drive. We liked the all you can eat buffet at Cici’s. There were other choices of food i.e. Oreganatta which is similar to Cici’s but a bit expensive and with less variety, Pizza Hut, Chilis, Burger King, McDonald’s, Subway & KFC.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and was thoroughly impressed by several aspects of our experience. The location is fantastic, just a short ride from Universal Studios—with a complimentary shuttle service provided, it made our visits incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome throughout our six-night stay. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax after a day of adventures. The overall atmosphere and amenities truly enhanced our trip.

The only area where I feel there’s room for improvement is the breakfast. While it was decent, having the same options available every day over six nights made it a bit monotonous. Additionally, it would be a great bonus if the hotel offered an airport shuttle, which would make travel even more seamless for guests.

I have stayed several times at this hotel because of the great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I want to especially thank Maddy at Front Desk who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We didn't use the pool but I saw families with their children enjoying the facilities. The hotel provides free breakfast which was very convenient for us before we headed out to the parks or going shopping.

Elevators were very slow, Hotel rooms require renovations. Less vegetarian options in breakfast.

Hotel location is near by Disney and very close to Universal, the complimentary shuttle service to universal park is a great option. the available laundry room in the ground floor is a great add on and a big time saver. house keeping was great and room was cleaned daily.

Same breakfast every day with no varieties. for a day or two its ok but we stayed for a week. AC in the unit was directed to one of the queen beds with no option of deflecting the cold air flow away from the bed.

Considering the very low price, I can say it was quite good. It’s ideal just for sleeping. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked average-sized and clean. The breakfast mainly included scrambled egg, waffles, and sausages. Most importantly, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Universal Orlando, and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. should be judged based on its low price.

The gym is very small — just two treadmills and one functional machine.

The room was old but surprisingly comfortable. Beds were cozy and the location was convenient for getting around. We liked the room layout and overall comfort. Despite the age of the furnishings, the space felt pleasant.

Breakfast was disappointing—everything was served in plastic (cups, plates, cutlery), and the variety was very limited. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were low quality and insufficient.

Loved how comfortable the beds were! Slept like a baby the entire stay. Hot tub was great on the cold night we had, TV had good channels and the free shuttle to the parks was a plus! Great location as well. It’s nearby everything you may want to do in Orlando!

The hallways were pretty outdated and the water didn’t get as hot as I would’ve liked. I also wish they had more variety for breakfast. It would’ve been nice if they had bacon, bagels, etc and switched it up every so often at least.
