Breakfast is basic, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins. Not the best, but for the value of money, it's well needed. For me and my party we ate here once as we get up later than the breakfast available. Tea and coffee facilities available for 24hours in the same place, but only used once or twice. Hotel as a whole, staff always incredibly friendly, hotel was spotless, great location, (especially with epic universe just a short drive away) and free parking. Pool is open until 10pm which is great!

Had to go downstairs for tea and coffee, would prefer to have this in the room as we were the 5th floor. Roadworks along the road, so have to go a long way to universal, but this cannot be helped by the hotel. The shuttle bus to and from the parks were too early for me and my party, so we can not comment on the use of these.

Close to Universal Studio. Bus facility to Universal Studio. Room Cleanliness, comfortable bed, quiet at night, option to use dining area for food. 24-hour hot coffee available near dining area.

Bagel breakfast is difficult if staying more than a day or two. Comparatively, breakfast options are much better in others in the same range. It's not impressive from Hilton. No oven or coffee machine in the room, The bathroom lock was outside in room 430. I'm not sure who did the quality check. The person using the toilet can't lock the door, and accidently, if a kid or some one lock the door from outside, imagine the difficult situation.

The facilities look decent and clean. The king bed was perfect for us and very comfortable. The hot water was instantly available when we wanted it. Tv worked fine and had a good selection of live tv channels. The location was close enough to the most important locations so the Uber was not that pricey.

The filtered water station could use some cleaning or replacing. Breakfast I would love it more if it was american and not continental due to it having just a few options and were the same everyday. An ice machine would also be appreciated and if there was one it was never offered to us. Toilets could be more modern or at least flush faster.

The hotel was perfectly located for our visits to the parks. With the shuttle service to both Universal and Disney, it was perfect. Also, the continental breakfast had good, basic options to start the day.

The shuttle service is not always on time - so keep it in mind! We were visiting Disney Animal Kingdom park on our 2nd day which required 2 additional buses from the initial shuttle (one to a hotel resort, and then to Animal Kingdom). It was easy to do, but something to consider if you are expecting a drop off at the park directly.

I loved how comfortable the beds were and the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways. Staff was very friendly and offered to make my husband coffee. There was no bad odor in the rooms, hallway or elevators. We enjoyed ourselves and got the rest we were looking for.

The breakfast could be better and the refrigerator could be bigger. I had to rearrange 2 ziplock bags of melon in order to close the door of the mini refrigerator and the toilets could be taller. Toilets are too short!! You in a low squatted position by the time you touch the seat. If you have bad knees, you will be in trouble getting up . Other than that, the room was excellent and the stay was Great !! Although the beds were comfortable, one of them made a squeaky sound when you set on the bed. We will return for another stay

The room we stayed in was quite big and AC can keep it cool enough. Location is great for Universal parks. Even if not using the shuttle, taxis are cheap due to close proximity. Pool is great addition after a long day in the parks. Staff were nice as well. There are a few restaurants close by. Free parking is also always a good addition.

Maybe improve on breakfast. It is mentioned everywhere but it’s just a basic bagel bar.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for a week and the experience was excellent. The staff’s attention was outstanding; always very attentive and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and they offer daily housekeeping service with clean towels every day. The breakfast is basic, with a variety of bagels and cereals, but everything is very clean. Additionally, they have a coffee station available all day, and the coffee is delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Hotel was good for the price. Breakfasts were included, bagels style, but good anyways. There is a coffee areas 24/7, vending machines if you need it. I like that there was a laundry room on the floor which was very convenient.

This minus is more to the time when we traveled, not to the hotel. Area was closed for walking in a lot places. There were reconstruction of some streets and building, which was harder for us to walk around.

The beds were so comfortable ! Very big room too. The hotel is modern and close to the different parks. You have a shuttle that takes you to Universal Studios but only one in the morning and one in the evening… you could use Uber or a Taxi for a faster drive and more convenient hours

The breakfast was not good, only defrosted bagels and some juices… Our bathtub was broken, the water was impossible for close.

The accomodations. Any issue they handle it. And if you ask for help doing anything special for a loved one they help figure it out and help set it up for you. They set up the room for my husband's birthday before we got here. It looked great.

That there wasn't more selection for breakfast. We did end up ordering breakfast instead. But that's only one little thing everything else in the hotel was great
