The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the entire stay. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel was in an optimal location.

The bed in the bedroom was noisy and it was a little too soft. The dryer was noisy, and the agitator in the washer was loose. The elevator took too long to arrive after calling it.

Housekeeping was nice. Pool view with balcony.

Was not please with breakfast attendant very rude and short. She put my money on the counter and slid it to me. We asked for our breakfast there and she put it in a brown paper bag Sat it on the counter and proceeded to work. Front desk attendant on 1129 wasn't pleasant this trip I told her that my girls and I we're locked out of our room before checkout she was very nonchalant and did not have an explanation to why I couldn't get on my room.

Big, well equipped room with a lot of space. There were enough plugs for all the chargers. It was easy to find parking spot by the hotel. The location of the hotel is good if you want to visit the parks or the surrounding places of interests. Overall it was a good stay.

The furnitures and the equipments are a bit outdated and the rooms may need some deep cleaning. The room had a bit of an unpeasant humid smell which had to be vented out. The room was basically cold, we had to heat up, but the AC was really loud that we had to turn it down for sleeping. There are not many restaurants in walking distance, you should go out if you are looking for something more than a basic breakfast.

I usually stay here a couple of times throughout the year for 2 weeks at a time and it never disappoints. Big, clean, modern apartments with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Lovely facilities such as pool, bar, gym and lots of parking available. I love the location being so close to Idrive and Universal. Great for solo travellers, I always feel safe here even coming back late at night. What truly makes The Point Hotel and Suites so great though is the wonderful staff! I always feel like I'm coming back to my 2nd home seeing all the familiar and friendly faces. Big shout out to Tiffany who is always there with a big smile on her face ready to help. I always look forward to seeing her at reception during my stays. Also a big thank you this time to Yashika who consistently helped me throughout my trip. Always so friendly, approachable and helpful. Overall another great stay at this hotel and will be booking in for later in the year again.

I don't really have many negatives as I love it here, but the water pressure in the showers is quite poor and has been for a long time now.

Property was great. Room was clean and spacious. Had a full appliance kitchen with a washer and drier that worked amazing. Living room , balcony , bedroom and a hug bathroom that had a privacy toilet. I would say I did step in the shower with my shoes because I did not like how the floor felt in the shower. But other than that was great. Pool was nice. Staff were amazing as well.

Floor in the shower. Was like the tiles were too far apart that made it feel weird. So I wore flip flops in the shower

Nice toom, good size. Greeted well at start. Good kitchenette with crockery and cutlery provided. Easy parking. Good location.

Breakfast was not worth having, tasteless and limited. Our toilet blocked in early hours of morning and overflowed. Unceremoniously given plunger and left to get on with it. Had to use our bath towels to mop up floor, not good customer service at this point,!

The check in/out staff is wonderful. Queen is amazing. Love the balcony on the 11th floor. We appreciate the amenities. This was the first time in 3 visits that we saw security & am happy that the quiet time hours are enforced.

The bed in room 1110 wasn't as comfortable as the ones in our last 2 stays. The shower floor is slippery & needs a mat or adhesives. A shower curtain for the tub would be great. I love using it but the jets spray water all over the floor. My husband is disabled and its a huge risk for him. Really missing the breakfast/snack/beverage options and are eagerly awaiting their return. We appreciated that security checked our handicapped placard to make certain we qualified for that parking spot.

Nice hotel. We stayed on the 9th floor which had a great view, especially at night with all the lights on from attractions on international drive. The room was roomy with plenty of storage and laminated floors. The room was clean. Very quiet room didn't hear people much. Larger than a normal mini frig, big microwave, sink by frig and microwave. Had a nice couch. AC worked great. The bed was comfortable but could be better with a mattress topper. Bathroom was a nice size, provided plenty of towels, including 2 stripped pool towels. From what we saw from our room the pool area looks nice with plenty of seating. The staff was friendly. Sounds odd but the elevator had a pleasant jasmine scent, made going on the elevator nice. Not right on I Drive but close so traffic wasn't bad but easy access to I Drive. Great location for what we did. Will stay again.

No free breakfast, have to buy at the cafe. No ice machines. If want ice can get it at cafe as told by staff but didn't attempt to get. Frig has a freezer but no ice trays. TV was small compared to size of room, had larger in smaller rooms. It is a shower tub combo, rather just have a walk in shower.

Staff were friendly & efficient and, our suite was clean & spacious (the bathroom was lovely & big with a shower cubicle and separate bath plus the toilet had a separate door off the main bathroom which helped relieve the bathroom queue in the morning). The A/C didn't appear to have in-room controls but maintained a good temp (not too cold, not too warm). The kitchen had plenty of crockery & cutlery plus a frying pan & stock pot. The coffee maker was efficient & you could ask at the desk for additional pods as needed.

The location and it was very quiet. The customer service was wonderful.

the sofa needs cleaning and there was vomit spot beside the bed/dresser.
