I switched to this hotel after one day in town and I am glad I did. The staff is very friendly and for the price this hotel provides very good value overall.

I am a nightlife person so being off the tail-end of International Drive is not very convenient. It is a long walk to get to the action so it's best to just jump into an Uber.

Good size room, breakfast included, good location for International Drive and Universal, staff were very helpful and friendly. Free parking. Lobby area was nice. Very clean throughout. Good value for what you get and where you are.

Position is next to 2 old abandoned hotels which are derelict and run down. We had a view of both from our room. Parking was good although the car park did fill up at night and some were struggling for spaces. The room was a little tired around the edges. Nothing too bad but starting to become noticeable.

The room is nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable. It's peaceful and there is no noise pollution in the room environment. It's very relaxing. Because of the tranquility in the room, when doing work you can concentrate better. There is less distraction.

The only small thing I did not like is the bathroom. When you shower, water runs from the shower area to the toilet area. It runs under the bathroom door towards the entrance area as well. In order to avoid this you need to shower very carefully.

I was skeptical, especially after reading the Google reviews. But I was gladly surprised. The room looked exactly as the pictures on booking.com Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good with variations every day. Facility is closed to everywhere the premium outlet, clearance stores, universal, convention center... I loved it. I will rebook again. Follow your gut don't always go with reviews on google. From.a very satisfied client.

The only little remarks I have are that sometimes, out of nowhere, there is a pee smell coming out the toilet after a long stay. We booked for 8 nights, and by night five, I started to realize the foul smell like someone forgot to flush the toilet but upon checking there was no pee each time and first time thought the kids had an accident I wash the floor with detergent but the next day around the same time I smelled the same odour...

Room lighting a bit dark at night as no ceiling lights, which gave a bit of dingy motel-vibes. Also the housekeeper did not come in to clean our room during the day while we were out. Lastly the breakfast spread was subpar

Very close to universal, shopping outlets, breakfast included, parking and ok WiFi

No storage for clothes so had to live out off our suitcases for a family off 5, room set up for 4 people not 5 , offered a rollaway bed for 9 year old who said it was very uncomfortable and left no room in the room

The hotel is kept very clean and the staff has been very friendly.

The breakfast was a little overdone for a few days. The sausage was cooked hard on one side and the omelettes were dark brown on top. The oatmeal was very runny.

The breakfast was exceptional! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one was by far one of the best. We stayed two days and each day was a different selection. The first day we had patty sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, fruit, along with other pastries. The second day was polish sausage, seasoned skillet potatoes with peppers, eggs, omelets, waffles, fruit, and other pastries. The breakfast alone was worth the cost of the hotel. Hotel staff was also very nice and accommodating.

The beds were a bit hard and no shuttle. Literally the only complaint.

We booked very last minute due to an extra day at WDW. The bed was super comfy. The water in the shower was super hot & had great pressure. The staff was AMAZING & very personable. The INCLUDED breakfast was perfect. We will definitely be booking here when we come back. A+++++

The room was comfortable and clean, super friendly staff. I loved the guest laundry option, came in super handy! Also the fact that they offered complimentary toiletries by request in case necessary. The breakfast options were good and varied enough. Hotel's location is probably one of the best assets.

Internet service was really unstable, could barely get any signal and would disconnect after 30 seconds. Parking spaces were barely enough for the amount of people staying in the hotel. Turned the heater on at night and it really smelled like something was burning, probably it doesn't get used that much, the smell went away after a couple of minutes.
