The large rooms, the price. The staff at front desk very accommodating I forget everyone's name. But the young AA young lady with the beautiful hair... The fairly new very tall young man Luka or Alex. The AA gentleman at night with the great smile and Colleen have been very helpful, personable, and accommodating with the extra essentials the new girl that took Irene's shift ( who was great ) helped me with a big-time problem which she handled without issue I am very grateful for her assistance. I think she also works in the office. Thank you all for going over and above and making me feel welcome.i also enjoyed the pool which always has sun and the game room which is now open. New big washers and dryers as well.

The colors of the establishment are unappealing. The manager is unprofessional and always looks sour. This is a privately owned property and I feel that their staff needs a class on communication. Most of the housekeeping staff does not speak English. And maintenance is unreliable there is a musty smell in the hallway, and upon checking in we did not have a microwave (they did ratify ) since the outside pool renovation there have been critters i suggest you get a can of raid just in case. But that's during 3 months of staying here that's not too bad....also there is police presence not sure if I should put on like or dislike which is safe I guess but safe from?????

I liked the staff especially the man who checked us in he was very apologetic when they had an issue with our reservation and he got it fixed for us and all the other staff we encountered during our stay was super nice and helped us whenever we needed help with something

I didn't like that our room didn't have a refrigerator or a hair dryer however we got the hair dryer issue fixed and I was afraid to say something about the refrigerator not being in our room due to already having an issue with our reservation and I didn't want to end up without a room period plus the man at the front desk was so nice and I didn't want to cause him anymore problems

check in and checkout was smooth and uncomplicated. Location was very good and close to everything on I Drive. Shopping, Restaurants and street access great. Noise level outside the room was good also which is great for sleeping. Lots of parking choices and convenient. Beds are comfortable and sheets clean.

I've stayed before and some rooms have the wall outlets in strange places when you need to plug in a laptop. The clock on the nightstand didn't work at all and sometimes the wifi signal is very low but not much else...

When we arrive at Orlando to begin a road trip, we always stay at your hotel. The location is ideal and the value for money is outstanding. After a long, tiring journey from the UK, we appreciate the convenience of it's proximity to restaurants that we can walk to. We often stay at multiple hotels right across the USA but generally more in the Southern States, and your beds are usually ths mist comfortable of them all, even including some 'high end' establishments.

I. Saw a. Few. Roaches. In my. Room. Two. X,s.,, 2. Different. Days...I. Had. Roach spray. To. Tak care of that....Other than that. No. Problems

Loved the pool and the location. Also liked how accommodating they were at last minute due to original motel not being good for a family.

Beds could've been a little bigger but they weren't too bad

My children and I love and only stay at monumental movie land when we travel to Orlando. It's priced great, clean, and close to all attractions

The room was clean but I saw a roach 🪳 in the bathroom.

The roach and out side around the hotel by the parking lot is not clean. Will look better with the clean areas..

Pretty decent hotel. 😀 ATM on the inside as well as restaurant by the same building. Walking distance to all essential shops.

The location was perfect. Hotel has a nice pool. Could use some upgrades but you definitely can’t beat the price. Cash deposit was refunded immediately on check out. The steak house is a plus.

Would be nice if they were available to answer the phone . Really the only problem I had no one answers the phone.
