Location was absolutely perfect. There was free shuttle to the Universal parks but also Uber only took 10 mins and ~$6 so it was very convenient. The room was good for purpose with daily cleaning and basic amenities.

First time I've seen a hotel charge for accepting and storing Amazon parcels with the front desk for a few hours. It was a small amount but still a bummer. There was no water provided in the room and the reception charged a bomb for it when asked for.

Great location next to Disney/Universal! Liked that there is a security guard at the front gate. Air conditioning was great after long day at the parks! House keeping was great, they changed our towels everyday and made the bed for us.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like something at the property, but I would say they could add a couple things. I wish there was an area that dispenses free water instead of having to pay for a lot of water bottles. Like a Culligan unit or something. Maybe a larger bathroom, but I would highly recommend

Great location around 15 minutes from Universal, supermarket and restaurants within a short walk. Hotel was clean and felt very secure with the gated access and on site security. Universal courtesy bus was great too.

The breakfast has gone downhill. Around $20 for a self service buffet seems a bit expensive to me. The choice was not great and they had the little milk packets to put on coffee that had gone off on the table. When I raised this, I was told it happens all the time!

The hotel was clean, and despite its proximity to the expressway, I didn't have any noise issues. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was a shop and restaurant on site. They offer transfers to Universal and have a separate desk with tourist tips and various discount coupons – very helpful when you're just heading out to the area. I'll definitely be back!

It might be my fault, but closing the door after leaving was problematic – it required scanning the card or it wouldn't work. But that's really a minor issue.

Great location for me. The free bus to universal was great. Although coming back after closing time wasn’t great. I’d just get a $5 uber if close to closing time when leaving. The rooms were comfy My first room was right next to the washer which was awfully loud so helpfully they moved me to a much quieter room. Parking was good and security guard on the gate made me laugh every time

I didn’t use alll the facilities so can’t comment on that. But the pool was really nice. Good seating and towels available

Very comfortable stay and excellent value for money, the staff were friendly and helpful and room was spacious, liked that we had a little coffee machine and fridge and microwave in the room. Beds were comfy. The shop downstairs is handy for bottled water, snacks etc. The pool is nice to be around when not doing the parks. The hotel is so close to everything.

The beds sheets are only changed every 4 days However the staff did provide us with clean towels every day and when I asked for clean bedding they did come and change them with no complaints. This did not affect our stay at all as we were out all day every day and showered every night when we got back. It’s just a bit of advice for anyone who expects daily or every other day bed linen changing

Convenient location on I-drive close to a number of restaurants and walgreens. In close proximity to endless summer surfside where you can avail of Starbucks in the lobby and free shuttle to Universal Citywalk. Room was basic and relatively clean with a couple of bugs found throughout our stay but nothing major. Beds were OK comfort wise. Microwave and fridge in the room is a major benefit over staying in other hotels.

Hotel is a little dated and some bugs here and there throughout. But not enough to stop me from booking this hotel in the future.

Walking distance to a lot of places to eat, and things to do. Close to Universal Studios. Staff was friendly. I had my dog with us, and the fee was great. Landscaping was nice. Pool was clean. Room was clean. Great view of Volcano Bay. We stayed on the 4th floor. No noise from neighbors. We felt safe, and would definitely stay here again. Price was great overall. Experience was pleasant. 🙂

Shoguns was not good quality. And very expensive. Had to make a reservation and when we came back for our reservation they allowed people to come in without a reservation, so maybe they were understaffed? Food was not good and very expensive even with a coupon from the hotel and we got chicken. 2 adults/ 1 child. $88 😳

Location was brilliant and so close to Universal Studios. They actually have a free bus service to drop you off and bring you back from the park which was very convenient. Room was clean, with a good working aircon and a nice sized bathroom. Pool was also nice, shame we didn't have much time to stay beside it. Re-breakfast I cannot comment as we didn't have any. Staff was kind and friendly. If you are travelling to visit Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, I highly recommend it.

Maybe the double beds in the room to be of a normal size for a double, as they're on the shorter side.

The check in process was easy, you have to pay for parking once you arrive. They have a breakfast buffet that you have to pay for as well. The gym was pretty good and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Once we entered the room, there was a huge roach. I am terrified of roaches, thankfully my brother was able to kill it if not I would have ran out of the room. The rest of the room appeared clean. We used the iron and ironing board which were in working condition.
