Honestly I just slept there I was out all day. I spent one day(Saturday) by the pool and the pool bar. I didn't have breakfast, or any food.

Honestly, I just thought it was more updated, a little higher end, like the common areas and the look of the walls and the bathroom, and doors (late 80's style). My bathroom door was chewed up at the bottom and you can tell it was older but still functional and well maintained. You could see a bit of rust in the bathroom, it would have been nice to have a couch or some chairs in the room like living room furniture I had a king size bed and two kitchen or desk chairs. so a lot of dancefloor in the room. Other than that nicely decorated and the floors were updated.

For $175 I was able to book 2 giant rooms for me and my travel party for the night. Rooms had microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge. Yes the resort rooms are old and the architecture is dated but it’s also half as expensive as (if not more than) other similarly situated locations. The location is fabulous with many shops, eateries, entertainment across the street and lots more offerings if you are willing to walk a block or two. Parking was easy and free. Pool was open until 11pm and warm enough to swim when we finally got in around 9pm. It is almost as nice as the cabana bay pools across the street size wise. There is a legit deep end of 6+ feet and it’s not supervised so a lot (5-6) of rude people were jumping/diving in in a way that made the deep end too splashy, but the pool is huge with a giant shallow end to avoid it. I’d also imagine staff would have asked them to stop if requested, I just wasn’t that motivated. The splash pad at the pool was nice and sprayed warm water so you could actually use it. The AC made the typical wall unit AC noise but it worked well. Our rooms backed to the interstate but I didn’t find the road noise to be noticeable and we were only on the 3rd floor so not super high up. The bathrooms were small and motel-esque but again for the price I couldn’t complain. My feet didn’t get dirty from the floor and the rooms both looked and smelled clean. (I am SUPER picky with smells so this one was a concern for me but they were fine). Upon walking back through the tower atrium courtyard around 11pm there was the smell of smoking weed but nothing near the rooms (our rooms were in the tower). Location was well lit and felt safe. There wasn’t a line when I checked in around 7:45 PM so no wait there and the staff was helpful in getting me adjoining rooms. All in all I’d say it was well worth it for the price and I’d stay there again.

Bathrooms are small (but normal for the older construction). Doors kind of stick/hard to open/close sometimes.

I h had a very nice day at your resort the only thing I did not understand was when I booked through booking.com or through Avanti palms website they said that the resort fees and taxes were included and I would not have to pay when checking in except for a deposit but booking.com charge me taxes and resort fees and so did avante palms website and when I went to check in I was charged for resort fees and taxes again. So I was charged twice and I still haven't received any funds back and some of my charges are still being held by my cash app account because they are still pending. Can you please send me copies of all receipts from booking.com from 1/1/2024 in full detail to 1/31/2024. Also receipts from avanti palms resort showing a $0 Balance. Thank you C. Everything except taxes and resort fees not returned we were charged twice

The location was within walking distance of a lot of food places & the price was fair, access to the bar & Cafe on site, it was quiet, our view from the tower was nice

The beds were like box springs/the floor, there was only one elevator in the tower, so it took a while to be able to get back to our room if we left for anything, we took the stairs down most of the time(8 stories); housekeeping took our extra towels when they came in to clean but didn't take all the dirty stuff; and trying to check out no one was at the desk for a while, it took a housekeeper getting someone from the back who was wearing a suit & even then that person made me wait for someone to get back from looking for something.

Bests were the friendly staff, nice lobby, location, and price. Okay: was the amenities. Shuttle (could be more hours), items near the bar (pool, foosball) require at least 15 dollar purchase to use. Arcade room, most games were one dollar to play, and in good condition. We took Uber to Universal and it cost between 6 and 12 before tips. Didn't use the pool but it seemed nice and open all year apparently. Had a small Jacuzzi section.

Less great was the condition of buildings 4 through 6. (I was told the 'tower' is nicer).

Location is amazing so close to so many shops and places to eat. We stayed there for HHN and it was a great location to get too and from Universal Studios. AC works great in the room and the bed was comfy. Room was huge and had a great view of Volcano Bay. I stayed in the towers section and it was quiet at night.

The room was a bit "rushed" there was still blue painter tape on the door to the connecting rooms, the bathroom laminate was already lifted at an edge and some stains on the floor from the hinges dripping. Elevator paint was missing on the doors, minor things not really anything that would stop me from renting here again.

Great location, comfortable bedrooms.

Room location was far away from main facility, they even offered rooms without elevator but we asked to be changed. Cleaning could be better in corridors. Shuttle return times were too early, they should add one more at 9:30 pm.

The rooms were good and the beds very comfortable. The pool was great and the location was perfect.

The breakfast setup could have been better. I didn’t like being served polystyrene packages with breakfast in.

The pool was so nice as well as the hot tub . The location was perfect and overall a great location to the main attractions in Orlando

THE ELEVATORS IN THE TOWER SECTION ARE TERRIBLE!!! Please fix them because no one wants to walk up 14 flights of stairs. The late night pool staff are not that great, specially one girl who comes out and yells at you to get out but she’s steady on her phone the entire and never once looks up from it. The superior rooms are large but the property should invest in adding dressers to the rooms because they don’t have any.

Location is great. You can get everything in walking restaurants. Price is affordable. Swimming pool is so cozy.

Breakfast is free however it is grab-and-go. There is a little variation in breakfast without any fresh fruits. If you stay more than two nights, you will be bored.
