It was in such a great location. I had a four day pass to Universal and could walk there. Lots of restaurants around too. Staff was very helpful and let me leave my bag for the day after I checked out when I had an evening flight.

Didn’t really have any issues. There was a chirping in the hallway. I couldn’t hear it from my room but could in the halls and stairs. Never mentioned it to staff because it didn’t bother me but if it was right outside my door I could see it being annoying.

I liked the staff they were very friendly and nice and anytime we needed anything they helped us with it and the beds were very comfortable also loved that they had vending machines and trashcans down the hall also great value for the price and location

I didn't like our rooms toilet it would barely ever flush and handle in bathtub is coming out of the wall also some of the ceiling tiles outside our room were missing or about to fall out but however they are doing renovations currently so hopefully some of this stuff is improved soon

STILL ON COVID CLEAN UP, ROOM CLEANED ON REQUEST ONLY, BUT IT WAS OKAY I DONT LIKE ANYONE IN MY ROOM ANYWAYS MY PHONE DID NOT WORK I REPORTED IT BUT NOTHING DONE AS OF YET AS I AM ON MY 2ND STAY HERE SO IT MUST BE GOOD IF I AM BACK, HAVE SAME ROOM IN BACK WHICH IS WHERE I LIKE IT QUIET NO ROAD SIDE NOISE JUST 1-4 IN BACK GROUND BUT NO PEOPLE TRAFFIC..AND I CN WATCH MY RENTAL CAR AS I DO NOT TRUST DRIVERS WHEN PARKING..

I like the place but the staff They kept my deposit it was only me no incident I asked about my deposit upon leaving I was told 2-5 business days it’s now the 21st no deposit return Additional information after calling with no answer the customer service said they believe the microwave was stolen I said I’m from Chicago I wasn’t a local how ridiculous the way they set up my receipt it was designed to keep the $100 in cash when I checked out I mentioned this . I was in the lobby I asked was it ok until my bus arrived they could clearly see I didn’t have a microwave .

Front desk clerk watched me lose money in the vending machine 3 times using 3 different machine and said nothing no one said hi or acknowledged me coming in or out

My friend and I were on road travelling mode. We did a "pit stop" in Orlando due to Universal Studios and we really just needed a place where to park the car, have a shower and bed to sleep & calmly rest enough to continue fresh on the road the next day. THIS HOTEL REALLY COVERED EACH AND EVERY NEED WE HAD. The receptionist gave us speedy and super friendly attendance once we arrived at 01:30am Price vs. Quality = TOP I highly recommend this place for this type of safari mode. Or if you have car & want to visit each park per day, stay at this hotel, makes your life easy and nice. Breakfast/lunch or even dinner, locations next to the hotel as well... ;) Enjoy!

This comment hasn't to do with the hotel. BUT some clients are just disrespectful. Shouting in the early morning. I had to open the room door and kindly ask to please remember that they are not alone at home. I was insulted, but anyway... I don't care ;) I REPEAT, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, BUT maybe it could be a reminder for reception during checkin to advice customers.

Friendly staff and a great value. But the greatest thing is that they literally went out an bought a brand new shower chair for my ADA accessible room so that I could safely take a shower. I was only there a single night but they still made sure I had what I needed to be safe and clean.

There wasn't anything I disliked. So I will instead put a warning in here. They do require a $100 fully refundable security deposit upon check in. (This is a very common practice and I am NOT complaining about it.) I am only warning because Booking.com makes it hard to see this information

The rooms were really dusty. The floors and halls had not been swept or mopped in a while. We did see a couple of roaches in the room also. The sheets had stains on them which seemed to be there even after washing. Those should be disposed of . No one wants to see old blood stains on sheets . No iron or ironing board in room . Young man on duty was really nice. More lights are needed on the side of the hotel closest to Indian restaurant . I didn’t feel safe going to my car at night.

Location was ideal Very satisfied with room cleaniness and comfort Incredible shower pressure (way stronger than mine at home) and hot water Microwave and fridge very handy to save money on food Air conditioning works very well

Wifi was very weak and inconsistent Sink popup mechanism was broken so had to place a pin to keep the plug open Toilet flush was pretty weak but did the job

Carolina and Alex was amazing my check in was super easy and checked in early my stay has been just amazing

The rooms are clean I'm able to walk out anywhere I want to get something to eat and it's just amazing I love this motel and plus the manager Alex and Carolina were amazing

The location and the place is perfect. The price is good 👍. It's a nice room by the pool. The staff is awesome and helpful. Right in the middle of all kinds of places to eat and shop. This is awesome. We always stay where they offer breakfast but with the price difference we can eat at a really good restaurant. So now we can come every month to visit the parks and family.

Never any wash clothes in the rooms. Always have to go back to the front desk to get some. 😒 when you're handicap ♿️ this is a problem.
