I Liked The Views And How Professional The Staffs Were. I Also Liked That They Had A Bus To Pick You Up And Take You To Universal So You Didnt Have To Drive Saving You Gas.

When We First Entered Our Room We Looked Around And Found That The Carpet Wasn't Cleaned Well With Stuff Still Being On The Floor. I Also Notices A Small Stain On The Sheets We Were Going To Sleep On As If The Sheets Wernt Changed. Small Stuff Here And There And The Smell Af Marijuana All Over, In The Halls And In The Elevators. House Keeping Only Came Every Other Day Or We Had To Call Or Go Down To The Front Desk To Request More Towels.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Evalena and Tashara ( front desk )were absolutely amazing they handled any issues that arose quick and efficiently. Marcos at the poolbar was phenomenal he even remembered my name and drink preference after my 1st night and let me know when he would be off during my stay and who to expect in his absence. Will and Tony (overnight security) were amazing, the TV on our room was not working, when they arrived to attempt repair, they 1st advised they were security and when the proper personnel would be available. What impressed me was they asked if it was OK to enter the room ensured that everyone was decent, explained step by step what was happening apologized for not being able to assist us. Petra(?) Cleaning staff was so courteous and thoughtful - i wish i couldve gotten all the names, There was another young lady at the front desk pretty dark haired slender woman with beautiful wedding bands, apologize I can't remember her name she was also wonderful to work with as well as the gentleman who initially checked us in, and the gentleman at the breakfast restaurant- the entire facility deserves an A+++++ I WILL NOT ONLY RETURN WHEN IN ORLANDO WILL AS RECOMMEND MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES TO DO THE SAME! THANK YOU SINCERELY FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL WEEK! It is very rare that you book a hotel and receive exactly or more than what they advertised! The game room was amazing, the gym phenomenal, the pizza was hot and delicious.. breakfast was well prepared and presented with lots of options for my picky eating children! The staff took into consideration my sons special needs and went above and beyond to accommodate us without disrupting his schedule, as a guest, mother and human being- The staff more than exceeded my expectations.

Excellent location to the parks. I loved the breakfasts. You can order an omelet or fried eggs. The breakfast staff is super friendly and helpful. Marcos, from the pool restaurant, was very professional, attentive, and charismatic. Reinaldo, the front desk guy, was very kind and helpful. These people are very professional. I loved the hotel: comfort, service, price, and facilities.

The blonde night receptionist, Jenny, was a bit basic with her information when we arrived, didn't tell us where we shouldn't park, and our car was towed.

I had an incredible stay at Four Points by Sheraton on International Drive! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Orlando’s attractions, with easy access to Universal Studios and great dining options nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with modern amenities that made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with a smile. I especially loved the pool area—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for the price. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Nothing overall I feel as though the stay was perfect for what we needed it for.

We stayed at this property 20 years ago and it was good then. It has been significantly improved aesthetically. The rooms are spacious and clean with lovely views. . There is a coffee maker and good toiletries and decent towels. There is pool area with bar was lovely (although the towels could have been replenished more frequently). The location is perfect and there is plenty of parking (small charge).The reception area was smart and welcoming and we were able to check in early. This hotel was good value for money in comparison to similar properties. Would definitely stay here again.

I actually like the old school a/c. It has a mind of its own, but it made sure the room was comfortable. If it's not broke don't fix it. The thermostat in the hotel doesn't work as efficient in keeping the room hot or cold. With the thermostats is either too hot or too cold. I also liked that fact that the hotel and the room was very well kept. Even though it's an older hotel. It didn't smell, the beds, painting and decor were very nice.

The elevators in the morning prior to check out time were full. I was trying to go eat breakfast before I had to check out and I didn't allow enough time for people that were leaving 9 or 10 AM. I will know next time.

It was an excellent and clean facility. Breakfast was good. Room and beds where clean.

The location is not the safest at all. Its very close to all the parks and lots of stores but as we were walking at night to eat at the Denny's next door. There were lots of people around drinking and smoking and asking for money outside the hotel and one guy was fighting with his girl and told her he was going to kill her and pull her hair so hard i thought her neck would break. The Denny's had security at the entrance inside because its not a safe area.

Cleaning service every other day The universal park ticket service in the lobby but refuse to assist me in a refund for one day referring me to universal theme park services his name was Matt rude and condescending I will write on google to beware of using this service I also paid $90 to park at the hotel this was never disclosed Eva in reception excellent/Marco at the pool bar excellent/cynthia and her sister in the restaurant excellent
