It was very clean and very close to universal. Just a short drive. The staff was amazing and the rooms were great. We were happy.

Unfortunately they don’t have cameras in the parking lot and I was told while I was there some cars had been broken into it and someone actually stole my license plate off my vehicle while I was there. They’re correcting this by getting cameras though supposedly. I loved the hotel, just the parking lot wasn’t very safe.

Room layout was great and nicely kept. I liked the hangar shelf thingys instead of a closet or cabinets, made it more open feeling and easier to layout suitcase and unpack. 24/7 desk service was fantastic.

Charging $5 for each package, I did not like cause I just brought carry ons and ordered liquid things like sunscreen through amazon and think it should be complimentary. I placed my order all together and it came in three packages so got charged more than I felt I should. Felt like I could hear through neighbors doors to easy and heard dogs bark often which is cool. If I were to stay again I would honestly consider bringing my dog because of how friendly the hotel is with them. I felt it could be closer to the park. I noticed the Hyatts down the road are write by the garage at universal where you would get dropped off so that would probably be more ideal and I enjoy there favorable rewards system more.

Very easy and friendly check in. Did the online check in so when I arrived everything was ready. Room was large, clean and modern. Lovely big shower with complimentary toiletries. Lots of plugs for charging things (important when there's four of you with phones etc!). Fantastic location - a mere few minutes drive to Universal Studios. Lots of restaurants nearby. Free parking - always a bonus! Excellent value for money.

There's nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't eat there.

Clean, comfortable beds, no moldy mildew floors or bathrooms. Close to a lot of places and universal!!! There are no parking fees. No extra mumbo jumbo fees! No breakfast included or shuttle, but I'll take the clean, comfortable, and great location over a continental breakfast any day! If you're looking for cool, clean, comfy beds after a long day, book it. You won't regret it. It is not a resort type of place it does have a small clean pool, but it's not the resort style if that's what you're looking for. For the ones looking for a clean, comfortable, and great location near universal planning to spend most of the day outside, then this is your place.

We were blown away by how clean and welcoming this hotel was — hands down the cleanest we’ve stayed in compared to the Universal resorts. The staff was incredibly friendly, and every single person greeted us in passing, which really stood out. One feature we loved was the added sense of security: the doors are locked at night, and if you don’t have a room key, the staff asks questions before letting you in. As frequent visitors to Orlando (we’re annual pass holders for both SeaWorld and Universal, usually here a couple of weekends each month), safety and comfort mean a lot — and this hotel delivered. We originally booked this place last minute after arriving in Orlando around midnight before our other hotel check-in, and let me just say… we didn’t want to leave! The rooms were spotless and smelled fresh without that heavy chemical scent. The beds were extremely comfortable, loaded with plenty of regular pillows, and we loved that all the bedding was washable (no gross decorative pillows like most hotels). The showers were another highlight — spacious, with multiple showerhead options and water that left us feeling clean instead of dry and sticky. We also appreciated the generous supply of towels. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the friendly staff to the cleanliness, comfort, and safety, it truly outshined the larger resorts. We’ll definitely be back!

The only minor downside — if you can even call it that — was that the elevators and hallways felt hot and humid.

As a European, I found the room unusually spacious! The beds were large and very comfortable. The room had everything I needed: a coffee machine with capsules, tea, a small bottle of water, a refrigerator, and most importantly for me—an iron and ironing board. My room faced the side where the sunrise was visible, which was a beautiful sight. Free parking near the hotel was also a great convenience for us.

Breakfast. There was only one cook and limited staff. One morning, we had to wait a long time for our breakfast, so we didn’t return. Fortunately, there are plenty of nearby places to have breakfast. Lighting in the room. Maybe this is standard here, but I found the lighting system a bit inconvenient. If you turn off the main switch at the entrance, the bedside lamps and power outlets stop working. If you leave it on, the hallway light stays on constantly. Additionally, the bathroom light is motion-activated, which wasn’t ideal for me.

The location is very convenient if you have a car . It only 5 mins drive from universal studio and 20 mins drive to Disney world . The room is spacious . The parking lot provides plenty of parking spaces for the hotel guests for free which is a big bonus . We had a family room with a separate tiny closet space that has a toddler bunk bed. However , that room can be improved by providing some lighting as it is completely dark. The staff is very helpful. The only thing is that their house housekeeping service is every 3 days but you can also request early house keeping service as needed !

The front desk girl I believe her name was Kizzy she was cleaning and it was not even her job and I stood there and waited because I was impressed that she helped the cleaning lady and also acknowledged that I was there and then proceeded to apologize when she did not have to. These are the type of things that make me want to stay again and I did even when I was supposed to be home earlier Sunday I stayed another night Kizzy you are the best. From Angel

Everything was to like. There are no words I was completely taken by the wind because honestly for the price we paid, I did not expect top service and they came through with more than I expected.

Everything was great, except that they don't have a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Only breakfast. Property is nice and clean, so from that perspective it's a great place to stay.

The automatic lights in the rooms are extremely annoying. Mostly because the sensor kept turning the lights on and waking me up whenever I tossed in my sleep. I used the ironing board to block the sensor from my movements. It is also very annoying to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and ALL the lights turn on due to the sensors. If I were staying with anyone else in the room, they too would be up due to the lights.

The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were wonderful! It was perfect for a one night relaxation! It was easy to navigate and the staff was so kind. The beds were comfortable and it was just an amazing experience!

The water pressure in the shower was not very good. It was very weak, like when you are in the shower then someone turns on the washing machine/dishwasher. Also, we were told that breakfast was included, so we sat down in the breakfast area but were charged. It wasn’t very clear that if you wanted free, you were limited to mini boxes of cereal, a piece of fruit or a packet of oatmeal. The food was great but it was just confusing how that was communicated.
