The location is perfect for attractions and tourist activities. The room was great and included a full set of amenities. The front staff were amazing and friendly. The maintenance staff were super helpful and kind and fixed any issues I encountered. The pool and hot tub were fantastic.

The sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable and seemed to be a bit damaged

The location was great and the accomodation was good. The check-in and check-out was very convenient. This was very important because we had a delay in our flight and arrived at almost midnight to the place. Thry had our keys in a mailbox.

When we got to the apartment it smelled like cigarrettes. There weren't many appliances to use the kitchen and it didn't have soap for washing the dishes. The good thing is that there are convenient stores nearby and we were able to buy some.

Refrigerator needs to be cold before guests arrive. Also, more ice machines on property. Only one on the entire property. Otherwise everything was fine.

We felt very safe the kids could go play basketball and the other games, down stairs by themselves (teens) nice and clean no one bothers you all the time you text if you need anything

The room was spacious for 6 people! The kitchen and washer and dryer were perfect! The hot chocolate at check in was a nice added touch and the pool and amenities were fabulous! We loved our stay!

That was my the best experience ever in USA.

The apartment is big enough for big family, very clean. They even care about comfort in little things. I felt myself like I am at home. Clean rooms, lots of towels, stylish furniture. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely will recommend it and of course will be back again.

I liked property was right across the street from Fun Spot Orlando. It was not too far from main area of International Drive. So driving required. The rooms were very spacious.

Didn’t like that elevators felt as though not air conditioned…a little stuffy. Also toilet close to bathroom door entry.

I love the people who work at the property. the food donation box shows thoughtfulness and I love the memory rocks. the rooms are fabulous. towels are great quality. very comfortable accommodations. I love all the games

there is a horrible ringing siren that goes off daily. all people were complaining.

We enjoyed our stay here. No issues with noisy neighbors and the beds were comfortable. Also you had everything you needed to cook and everything was very clean. I would stay here again.

The only thing was the parking but after a few days it was fine.

I think the wi-fi charge needs to just automatically come off the incidentals fee. The staff was trying to collect a fee I had no knowledge of while I was trying to check out. They claimed they couldn't close out my room unless I gave them a credit card for $7.95. What was a really pleasant stay ended with a really unpleasant and unnecessary conflict. The fee ended up coming off the incidental deposit anyway, which is what it is for in the first place.
