Really enjoyed my stay! Staff very helpful and polite! The room was even better than the pictures, very clean and the bed was very confortable and ideal to well rest after a long day walking at the parks. The bathroom was extremely clean. The location was perfect, 8 minutes by car to Universal.

The breakfast could have more fresh options, but it was not bad. They had coffee, tea and fresh water all day long, so it was not a problem for me!

Breakfast was excellent. Room size was perfect for my family of 6. Biggest surprise - So many spacious and clean upper shelves and lower cupboards and drawers! This was a game changer in having a tidy room with 4 kids, for multiple nights! Very clean. Sheets and pillows were already available in room for the pullout couch. Great size fridge. Dishwasher. Microwave. Dishes and cutlery! Even came with a new sponge and detergent to handwash dishes. Housekeeping was excellent! Free parking! I could park just outside our room (i.e. Looking down). Location to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios was decent (~20 minutes)

Booking.com site says checkout is 11-12, but housekeeping knocked on our door just after 11 saying that checkout was 11. She was very nice and accommodating, but even after showing her the website, I still don't think she believed me 😬. The shower drain did not drain very well, and we were usually showering in 1/2 inch of water. (Yes, the plug was"open".) Bathroom has no fan (or perhaps not working). Bathroom door does not lock (i.e. broken). The glass and ceramic dishes were beautiful but with small kids, it would have been nice to have some plastic options.

Location: Perfect 8/10, although it is somewhat close to basic needs, you need a car if you stay in Orlando or use sharing apps etc. Check-in & out: Nice and smooth 10/10. Personnel: Overall very kind and helpful 10/10 Room: Large enough and comfortable. A/C works well. Cleaning was ok. 9/10 Wi-Fi: Flawless 10/10 Security: 10/10 Breakfast: We liked it, better than most local standards, 9/10 Overall: our experience was 9/10 and we may consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips.

Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff. Decent breakfast and very pleased with the access to a Peloton.

We had to reject the first two rooms because they smelled horrible. First room was an overwhelming stench of dirty feet, mold and vinegar. The second room was an overwhelming smell of dog urine. The third room was perfect. But!!! I don’t know that I want to deal with having to go through several room changes the next visit. We have 3 visits booked through the year and may switch hotels bc of this .

Very clean property with courteous and extremely hospitable staff. Especially great location for Universal Theme Park visits. Small but ample gym and pool. A very large common dining area for the included breakfast - which was important because there were lots of people at breakfast, but it was comfortable and not the least bit crowded. The shuttle buses to and from the Universal Theme Park were perfect: ample frequency and always on time. And the free parking for guests "sealed the deal" and will bring us back again in the future.

The food selection for breakfast was not very good: tasted OK, but very little variety. In our bathroom, one vanity drawer handle and one of the shower door handles came off in our hands when we first arrived, but it was no big deal for them to be repaired.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at the hotel, always during our visit to the Orlando parks. There are several others in the same category nearby and we chose this one because our daughter always enjoyed the special breakfast waffles in the shape of Mickey Mouse's head. Unfortunately, this year after+ the breakfast menu has improved, but the waffles are just plain shaped and so we will have to try our luck at a similar other hotel in the area next year

Your location is great! My son and I enjoyed the spacious suite. Breakfast should offer plain scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs for children. The waffle station is wonderful. I appreciated the washers and dryers. Thank you for the shuttle to Universal Parks!!!!

I think a housekeeping employee is needed in the evening hours. You have a nice place and it should look its best at all times. Guests are arriving at all hours of the day. No one wants to arrive to a dirty location - dirty floors, trash here and there. One person walking your premises throughout the evening could totally handle the upkeep! Rooting for you!

Amazing experience. The room had everything you could need traveling with family. 5 of us (2 kids) fit just fine in queen suite, the beds were very very comfy. everything was meticulously clean and new. Mickey pancakes at breakfast were a nice surprise too. Very close to Orlando Studios that we visited. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling with family.

The location was perfect to Universal Theme Park and we just go round in circle for dining and shopping experience. Makes it all convenient.

The entire suite runs into itself. Means, the living, bedroom, and kitchen runs into each other. Typically, when we stay at a Home 2 Home, the room would be an angle.
