Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Front desk agents were nice and had towels sent up as soon as we asked. Rooms were very clean, well set up, and recently redecorated. Bathroom was spotless. We loved the darkening shade on the window and the choice of bed firmness and pillows. Plenty of parking close to entrance. It was also close to the Universal attractions and walkable to many stores and restaurants. We would definitely book here again in the future.

Breakfast was good and the attendant was very nice, but it was way overpriced. Some guests were smoking in rooms and it was very noticeable when exiting down the hallway toward the stairs.

Staff was great, property, location, amenities were all great. Very clean even in the middle of ongoing renovations on the 5th floor. Included breakfast was exceptional and the staff was gracious and accommodating, food choices exceeded our expectations. Parking was sufficient and safe.

I will honestly say that after reading some reviews, I was a little skeptical about staying here, but honestly, I made the right decision. Our room was one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful the beds were comfortable even my husband was very shocked because usually that it his main issues at other places. Obviously, everyone has different styles of beds they like. The bathroom was also beautiful. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper and other items you may have forgotten and needed. I paid for breakfast, included , which was a great idea, a very clean area, and they did have plenty of hot food varieties plus fruits toast bagels. The staff was very attentive with making sure everyone was enjoying their food and making sure drinks were good and fresh with ice or any other accommodation we needed. Yes, there was some construction going on, but nothing was disturbing at all. They were also only working during daytime hours 9-5. There were also amazing things to do around the area, close to many stores gas stations if needed we didn't rent a car but it worked out great ubers very close for pick ups it was so accommodating for us. The pool was beautiful, very comfortable temperature especially when it was chilly at night. Area was always clean. They provide pool towels if needed. The tiki bar was amazing, and the drinks were even more amazing. You were able to order dinner till 9:30pm, which we enjoyed, especially when having a few drinks.

One front desk staff member who had such a nasty attitude when we walked in one of the nights we were there. My 19 year old daughter asked her a simple question about a snack she was looking for, and her response was so rude she pussed me off once she noticed she tried to smooth it out but it was to late. Also, I wish they had an ATM inside the hotel. I had forgotten to take out cash, I wanted to tip the staff. You can add it to the room bill, but I prefer to give cash.

The staff was great and the room was spectacular and the location is great. Great food selection and the price was fair

We had an amazing time at the hotel was beautifully maintained and our room was cozy and quiet. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Maryu, in particular, was a standout. Her warmth and kindness made my daughter feel right at home during breakfast. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, making us feel valued guests. We will definitely be back.

Everything y'all have is excellent good stuff very clean and you make everyone feel welcome I always keep coming back the food great also you have good customer service

The only issue y'all have is later during the evening or at night the parking sucks you can't find no parking space later during the night that's something that you really need to look into and look at to make parking much better but other than that y'all guys are excellent it just the parking

Breakfast buffet was good value for the cost. The location was fantastic. It was close to Outlet, Entertainment, food, the stadium. The staff was phenomenal and accommodating. The pool area and tiki bar were ideal.

I didn't care for the outdated rooms, but renovations are starting on September 4th. I'm excited about the updates being made. The elevators could use some upgrading. Overall the hotel needs to be updated.

We stayed at Hilton Garden for a night after our flight back to Nashville was delayed for a full day. We were tired and not in the best mood, all of our travel arrangements had gone wrong and we expected to get to the hotel and have an issue there too but check in was fast and the staff was extremely helpful. Missy at the front desk especially, she tried to be as accommodating to us as possible. We so appreciated her.

Very nice Hotel with great pool area inkl Whirl pool and Bar - nice breakfast buffet , friendly staff. Shuttle to universal studios.

Just some more hooks in bathroom would be nice.

I love my new room renovation!! It looked amazing and so clean. I also loved the fresh breakfast and the woman in charge of it was very friendly.
