The breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, waffles, muffins, juices and coffee. More than enough for anyone's needs. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast room situated next to the pool with extra tables and chairs on the poolside.

Nothing, I personally found everything to be adequate for my needs.

Location was great for going to Universal

Our room key would work then just stop. The name of the hotel booked , name on the hotel, and name on key card were all different

The location was almost perfect. 5 mins to Universal Resort and lots of amenities around.

Place seems dated and could use an upgrade

The hotel is near absolutely everything, the location is absolutely great. The bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean.

The hotel is very simple, by the price I expected that, floor and bathroom were not throughly clean, the bathroom walls and baseboards were soiled, the shower floor could use some bleach and scrubbing, the room smelled like fabuloso but it just seemed like the cleaners came, made the beds and mopped he floor really quickly. Also there was no support inside of the shower to put the soap, so we had to hold it during the shower, not very wise. Breakfast could have just a little more options like there was no eggs, or bacon, only bread, green bananas and waffle mix.

Stayed in room ~321.. Just perfect for me (individual travel), or even if I had a girlfriend with me, pretty good!! for sure the best point here is the location.... pretty good (mainly who is going to Universal parks), on this time, I went to Disney, but the location is near to the some interest points.. There was a swimming pool. It seemed like a good idea to use, but I didn't have the time or opportunity (weather)..

For sure the breakfast it's the very negative point here!! i don't mind if it's just coffee, bread and something... but could it be at least cheese and ham... there was some jelly (that small plastic packs we have in flights), and butter!! If i could say something to improve: get a better jelly... looks like none of them had taste....

I like the location (close to a lot of different restaurants and activities), they do not charge extra fees (deposit/resort fees), beds were pretty comfy, employees are super nice, microwave/mini fridge worked well, and breakfast was included (pretty decent).

The AC causes the mildew smell given it leaks into the rug, AC is pretty loud, toliet is very loud, we had ants, pool chairs - some were damaged, pool is extra cold, was able to borrow an iron (most places have them), wardrobe drawers were broken, shower curtain too small for shower so water spilled out.

Stayed in this hotel from 19/02 to 22/02 for 3 nights. And what I want to tell you is that I really did not regret that you took this hotel. I am a very fastidious person)))) and this is the only hotel in the U.S. where I did not wash the floors and did not clean the bathtub🤣🤣) I had a King Room. What made me very happy was that there were white, clean towels that smelled nice! White and clean linens. Bathroom amenities, hair dryer, hangers, microwave, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning ... also free parking for your car and very good wifi! In general, everything you need for a vacation. On the territory of the hotel there is a clean pool with sun beds (I really did not manage to swim in it). American breakfast was also included in the price, but I honestly did not have high hopes for it, as it mainly consisted of only simple carbohydrates. But cleanliness is a bit more important to me than breakfast! And well, the good location of the hotel is also a good plus. 8 minutes by car to Universal Studios, close to all restaurants and stores, 30 minutes to the airport. And on the other hand quiet and not noisy location. So as they say - my recommendation!

The housekeeping staff was phenomenal lovely caring staff and friendly i was having a issue in my first room a lovely (housekeeping her name is Yeniree Escobar )Helping me she contact a (supervisor about it her name was Grisel Escobar) immediately she talked to a (manager her name is Silvia) quickly she came in take me out the room give me another room my Husband was surprise cause my husband went to the front desk asked them for another room the front desk said no but Silvia did it for me thank you so much guys i love you all and also I love this Hotel may God blessed you all

I want to take the time out to give an appreciation to all staff members and managers and front desk agents and house keepers..you guys always know and take time to show me and my family the best and greatest service like no other ..Honestly you guys are my family..and I will definitely recommend this hotel to any one I know because it made me cry..not only great service but hospitality and heart to heart to understand the situation my family and I going through and you all are the best in the sky's..may God Bless all of you and thank you for being there for me ..I love you all ..and never let anyone tell you guys different because they are wrong ...thank God for the Managers and all employees, house keeping..every staff . Thank you and thanks for having a Heart in this life...thank you ..I love this establishment sincerely..muahhhhh

The hotel is very close to Universal Studios and has plenty of shops, outlets, and restaurants within walking distance. The room was good, with a comfortable bed and an okay bathroom. It also had a fridge, microwave, and free coffee, which was nice. The breakfast was simple but free, so you know what to expect. Based on this experience, I would stay in this hotel again and recommend it to others.

The room overlooked the parking lot, so the view wasn't great. However, this can vary depending on the room, so it's not necessarily too bad. Room cleaning is available upon request, so remember to ask for this service if you want your room cleaned and towels changed. The breakfast was basic but complimentary, so you know what to expect. The staff wasn't very friendly.
