Villa was beautiful, more than enough room and was stocked with everything we need. Checking in was a little uncomfortable. It’s not till 4pm and we just got off a super long flight with 8 children and we were all very tired and sleepy. The lovely front desk lady suggested we sit and wait in the golf simulator room until our room was ready and that we were also welcome to enjoy the other amenities as we wait. We attempted to wait in the room till staff came and ask us why we were waiting in there and what were we waiting for. We told him our room he says we could wait in there but we couldn’t fall asleep. My mother had fell asleep cause she was extremely tired. I felt as it was very rude and inconsiderate, however; he did call and try to get the cleaners to hurry up so we can go to our villa cause he wasn’t comfortable with us waiting in the golf simulator room. We needed up going to the villa at 3:45pm .Although the villa was beautiful and great location, the experience at check in makes me not want to ever come back.

Awesome!! The whole family loved this place! Super clean! Great location! Beautiful home decor. Clean and calm neighborhood. They provide you with a few essentials you need when you are at home. (Ex. Dish detergent, sponge, trash bags, high baby chair, broom, dust pan, toaster, blender, coffee machine) Check in and check out super easy. They do everything online. Even though I didn’t get to meet staff in person they did a very great job communicating through calls, text messages and emails

Everything was under construction so there was no playground , common area , water slide , basketball court , not much for the kids to do at all on property

Exceptional level of customer service. Immaculate beauty villa. So much space. All brand new. Like a 5 star hotel but like home! We did NOT want to leave. Fab location too, short drive to the parks and shops etc....

It was awesome! The 4 bedroom villa was perfect for our family. There were a few things that needed attention upon arrival - loose video game controls and the back door stuck. Everything was addressed immediately upon my call to maintaince. We loved our stay and look forward to the next time we get to stay and the buildout finalizes. A few of the buildings are still under construction- but it didn’t negatively impact us. The layout, consider the Marriott Bonvoy apartments surround the main pool. The villas wrap around the Apartments behind the Marriott.

The property was absolutely marvelous. The villa was exceptionally beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff I spoke with over the phone was extremely courteous and professional. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

There are a few things I would make note of, though they did not negatively impact my experience. The pool takes a while to warm up, so I recommend requesting the pool heater in advance. Additionally, there should be a note indicating that the bunk bed lights have a hidden switch on the bed frame. That being said, I have no complaints. The stay was absolutely perfect.

Clean, beautifully decorated, more than enough supplies ie dishes etc

Pool was cloudy -a bit pricey for just 1-3 nights -because of the maintenance/ cleaning fee -which I know has to be charged with every individual renter. Upstairs bedrooms a bit challenging for us old folks!

Pretty much everything was more than what we expected

Not much, the water pressure was very low. TV didn't have options besides paid services, on rainy days couldn't do much with the TV unless we sign into an account, no regular quality Cable.

The villa is much nicer in person. The kitchen has most of the wares you would need to cook. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom. The host is very responsive to your request. It was an awesome stay! just as advertised & everything was great!
