I think we had been upgraded to bigger apartment with two floors as originally booked for 1 floor so we had even bigger space that expected. Apartment is so spacious, with tv in each room, greatly equipped kitchen so you are able to cook with everything, even you could bake with baking trays and blender. There is super swimming pool and jacuzzi open until late 11 pm along with court for tenis, basketball giants chess board. There was a movie night each night around 7pm at swimming pool so great perks as well when you are around. Close to shops and restaurants and only 15 mins away from Universal so were able to get quickly in the morning.

It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully outfitted. The dining room has a table that can fit 6 people and the living room is spacious. It’s like a total home away from home. My villa had two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Iride trolly stop us right outside of the property. There are plenty restaurants and places to shop, including a grocery store in walking distance. I had seniors over 75yrs old in my group and they had no problem walking to the stores. TKMax and Burlington are a 10-15 minute walk straight down the street FunSpot is a 10 minute walk down the street. You can access tons of stores snd attractions on the Iride trolly. Seniors only pay 25 cents. There are various packets but a single ride is $2.00 if you don’t want to buy a packet. The staff at the reception are very professional and friendly. There is a tennis court, swimming pool, basket ball court, large chess and tennis boards on the court and other things to do. There is a very nice BBQ all set up for use.

There is a $15 per day parking fee.

It was well appointed and spacious, very clean and convenient. Having a washer/dryer was extremely helpful. Huge bathroom stocked with amazing brown sugar and fig soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion that I'm going to try to order for personal use! So fresh and smells great. Was close to Epic Universe, and International drive. Tons of restaurants, a grocery store and The Fun Spot amusement park within walking distance. Convenient parking, they even gave us fresh baked chocolate chip cookies nightly! So sweet. Thanks Violet.

The suite was great and roomy Close to everything. We didn’t end up using the bus to the attractions because the times were weird and it took forever to wait for the bus, even though it was supposed to arrive at set intervals The crew were very accommodating and nice The rooms were clean and had nice amenities We ended up using the washing machine and dryer quite a bit

There were tons of little ants in the kitchen area Everything was very clean and from what we read, the ants are a real problem for all properties in that general area But that was annoying

Location was great. We liked that we still enjoyed a quiet atmosphere in the hotel area, while being a 5-minute drive to the Universal Studios attractions. There's a place with decent places to eat that is a 5-minute walk away. Finally, for tourists interested in shopping, there are two premium outlets within walking distance. Overall, prime location (even our Uber drivers said so).

The wifi-connection can be a bit temperamental in the evenings. We understand that's when most people are back from exploring Orlando, thus the connection can get busy during that time. It didn't impact our stay all that much.

The entire facility was great. It definitely met my expectations and exceeded them. Definitely stay there again if we return to Orlando .

If I had to comment on anything I would say the description of the rooms could be better online. I had no idea we had a two story unit, which I loved. I also thought the 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds not 2 twins. It worked out for us.

It was very clean and well kept. The rooms were very spacious and have great amenities. Great location! Very close to universal. There was a movie played out by the pool every night.

That parking was $90 extra ( for 6 days) and paid on arrival plus a $250 deposit. Parking was not always easy to come by and I felt like for that much money we should have been guaranteed a spot and one close to our room.

The location is very close to alot of amenities. Most of them walking distance. Gas station, sonic, walgreens to name a few. I had a car rented for some days and others I used lyft to universal studios. It was always under $10 for the lyft. It's about 15 min from Walmart and 25mins from the airport. The rooms were large and the pullout bed was great. The bathroom downstairs was a full bathroom as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed to cook. The property was well kept and quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfy! I forgot to ask them what brand pillows were used. I got some GOOD SLEEP.

Some of the sockets just did not work, we had to do some shuffling to get them working. The central cooling system hummed loudly and the steps creaked LOUDLY.. There would be no stealth movements. The WiFi worked but was slow sometimes.

Great villa/apartment with excellent facilities and right next to pool/hot tub and gym. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. About 10 to 15 minutes drive to Universal Studios. 20 minutes from Orlando Airport. An hour from Kennedy Space Centre, 1/2 hour from Kissimee and Disney, 2 hours from Tampa. Need a car to get around, but car hire at the airport (pre-booked) is very reasonable.

choice of TV channels limited to whatever US channels are on the cable. Bought a firestick for $20 locally and was able to get Netflix, Prime, YouTube to TV. Not that we were in the property much to watch it anyway. Unsecure Wi-Fi network caused some issues with connectivity at times. No kettle (to make tea) - boiled water in a pan

The 3 full bathrooms were wonderful-everyone had their space to get ready. The property was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the screened porch and the beds were comfy. The sheets were amazing! In unit laundry was a plus!

Stairs and no elevator. This wasn’t a huge issue for us but a family who checked in ahead of us didn’t realize the bedrooms were on a second floor (the pictures did not clearly depict this). We had carry on sized bags so walking them up one set of stairs to the unit and another to the bedrooms wasn’t a problem but could be for other families
