Excellent quality apartment, very spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed.

Internet sometimes worked and sometimes didn't work. Very concerned about the safety of the windows, low windows in the bedroom with no safety glass or double glazing. This could be VERY dangerous if someone slipped and fell onto the window as we were on the 12th floor. It's definitely not a safe apartment for children.

Comfortable room in a Great location!

The balcony view was not great, not a lot of amenities and there was no room service.

The property was very modern and the room was as described, it was a relatively well located property and if you’re willing to walk a little bit things are within walking distance. The property also has a shared pool and spa which were very good. Also having the option of a smart tv was great as it isn’t often given at a lot of places which allowed us to watch what we wanted which increased our ability to unwind after our long days.

The fitness room had a broken piece of equipment (lat pull down and back row machine) which was broken the entire time we were there which meant we couldn’t work out properly, which for us was important. Also a better description of the fitness facility or perhaps a couple more photos would help as there were no free weights, kettle bells etc. apart from that everything else was great.

The only thing that I didn’t like was there breakfast not good at all….oh and one more thing I didn’t see them or anything but my son slept in the sofa bed and had bit marks on his legs I hope it’s not bedbugs….. besides that everything was good

Great location, pretty close to Universal Studios theme parks, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, etc. But as in most places in Orlando, nothing can be done on foot; you'll always need a car. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, silent, has full kitchen and all amenities available.

Reception staff (which as far as I understood is not from Sonder) could be more friendly. On the other hand, the lady we met from Sonder team (Mimi) was wonderful and very welcoming!

It was a very spacious apartment with a comfortable bed, a huge bath with jacuzzi tub, well equipped kitchen - basically everything needed to spend a comfortable time. Ideal for extended stays. On our request, we were given a pool view apartment. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it seemed to be a good one with many other guests using it. The location was super convenient. We had free parking for the car, and the central location made sense for us to use uber/lyft to visit the theme parks and avoid the parking fee there.

There was a bit of confusion with the door codes, as the initial codes did not work and had to try different codes until one worked. During one of the nights, another family that was assigned the apartment next to us tried to enter our apartment repeatedly by trying some door codes. So I guess the communication during check-in time can be improved a bit.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were roomy, and any staff that I worked with were amazing. We did get our car vandalized in the parking lot, but there were no cameras to be seen anywhere, and when I tried to speak to manager, he was never there at that location There were stains on the floor on the carpet and there were some missing items but the staff was very quick to get those for us. Overall it was a good experience. The vandalism to our car could’ve happened at any hotel. Somebody must have pulled that luggage by our car and scratched it.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a person on premises to talk to, about needs, but it all worked out and they were very helpful and very quick to get us what we did mean. I would stay again definitely and it was great for the price.

I really liked the location, excellent. The room exceeded my expectations, I loved it. I think they should be clearer in the confirmation about how to check in; however, the rental company immediately responded with instructions on how to do it.

The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever met in my life, especially in a city full of kind people. I arrived on Friday night, August 22. She gave me nasty looks and had a bad attitude when I asked questions, making me feel like I was bothering her. People like that should not be placed at the front desk in a tourist location like this. It was the worst part of my stay.

The room was a good size and the facilities in the kitchen were of good quality

I was surprised that given we were there for 9 days that there wasn't any room service provided in the price. We discovered that you could pay for this service. It was implied that you needed to pay for parking but the property was next to a free public parking lot.

What I like about the property was the location. It was near outlets, drugstores, restaurants and the staff was amazing and very accommodating. MD was my concierge and he made sure my check in and out the hotel was smooth . He had a very pleasant attitude. The front desk employees Kayla and Tiffany also made sure to answer any late night questions I had. All the staff had smiles on their faces and the room was clean, smelled good and so comfortable. Definitely go back again.

There was nothing not to like. Honestly.
