Me and my daughter really liked the room with a pool view. The decor of the hotel were my favorite from the varieties of green to the lighting in the lobby we loved it all. We tried to sit in a new spot everytime we ate downstairs. The playlist for the Landy had me and my daughter dancing on the elevators. We loved the pool and the heated towels. The drink stand bartender was really cool and can make a really good Mai tai heavy on the rum. The location was great for everything you needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back. The little cafe has the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. The roasted potatoes that came with the burrito or omelette we're truly devine. Those brussel sorts and those tiny roommates were insane. I can't complain the food was great.

So for us it was minor things. - Lack of a change in menu items - Having to pay for parking - Low water pressure - Not really a heated pool - Add Air hockey to the game room ( shuffle board was boring) - Thank you for delivery of a microwave -There need to be a QR code for the playlist of the hotel - We would wake up sweaty because the temp of the room changed - AC was loud all the time

I loved this place from the moment I walked through the door. First thing noticed was an amazing aroma. Was told by the staff this was specially crafted for the hotel. Not sure what it was but hope they will sell the scent in the future. Next was an amazing and warm welcome from the staff, Really felt like I was a welcomed guest here and not just another body checking in. The person at the reception desk (Renae) was amazing and had a lovely smile and welcoming nature. It was at that point we really felt welcomed. The reception staff are a real credit to this place. Next we had an amazing guy (Angelo) help us with our bags to the room as well as park our car. Again very welcoming and made getting into the room stress free. Room overall was very nice and spacious. A couple of issues found in the bathroom and bad, but nothing that cannot be fixed, Bed was comfortable and clean, but maybe a little on the low side as I'm a tall guy. But well laid out and not your standard boring room. View was excellent from the room. We were at the bar a few nights, and ordered some food, Again another warm welcome and very friendly chat from our bartender host (Diego) who got us some nice beers and mixed some cocktails which I could see he took pride in. We also spoke briefly to the beverages manager (Kailee) who again was very friendly. Both can be very proud of the bar and restaurant. We just had some bar bites, but the food was good and inexpensive, Only real grip here was the beer taps were down during our stay and some standard beers missing from the taps, but everything was available in bottles. Our checkout was a stress free as check in, with help being provided to take the bags from our room and load into our car. Staff again here were wonderful. Highly recommend for a stay and seems to be a great place for business travelers and holiday makers alike. Will be back for sure.

There were maybe a few gripes I could thrown in, but not enough to drop a point from the hotel in general which I loved: 1. Beds where low on the ground, so will be a problem got those with mobility issues. They need to be hired up. 2. Walk in shower could benefit from a few grab handles again for those with mobility issues. But excellent disabled bath / shower also available. 3. Spots in the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly and hand sink missing hand soap, however there was plenty in the bath, so we could use that. 4. Bar missing a few regular beers on draft In general all minor enough gripes.

Loved the smell as you walked in and the water made available with small towels outside. The lobby opens into the bar and seating area with plenty of seating to choose from. We only ate breakfast but the service was good and food great. The room was lovely and the location itself allowed us to walk to quite a few restaurants all within 10 mins. We just used the pool area once when it was quiet so plenty of towels and sun beds were available. Staff were very friendly and helpful although we didn’t need lots of help.

Pool, garden and chill out area were perfect Bar and lobby were so pretty . Game room was a highlight for my son The hotel entrance smells and look amazing! Well thought decoration. Nights at the pool were a fantastic experience with cute lights vibes Shower with glass doors 🤩 Comfy bed and fluffy pillows which we loved!

Rooms didn’t smell well 😞 / even after changing rooms still not up to the entrance standard (which was incredibly awesome!) Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d like but was well looked after (no shower curtains!!!) ❤️

The hotel is welcoming as it smells good and has a nice lobby with music playing. The outdoor area is nice and the pool stays open until midnight. The room was exactly as pictured and clean.

There are limited food options, especially for children. The restaurant and marketplace don't accept cash. One of the reasons we stayed there was its proximity to Universal Studios and that it offered a shuttle. However, when I asked about shuttle service, I was told it was only for Disney. Then when the employee checked, she stated that there was one shuttle going to Universal but it was already full.

I liked the room, it was cozy and what I was looking for. There was a mini fridge, which was good because I got some fruits and drinks. On my 5-day trip, the cleaners came twice to clean the room and one extra time but I refused the service.

I did not appreciate that the TV was not smart, though I didn't necessarily go there to watch a bunch of TV, it would have been nice. The quality of the soap was not my cup of tea, so I went to buy my soap (This just seems like a common hotel thing). The no microwave and the elevator sometimes not functioning 100%.

I like the proximity from the hotel to Universal Orlando parks. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was nice and friendly. Received breakfast vouchers for the cafe which had really good food and a Starbucks on site. We stayed on the 14th floor and the elevators ran really fast which was nice cuz we didn't have to wait around too much for the elevator. Rooms are really nice and comfortable, a lot of outlets for charging our electrical devices.

I didn't like having to pay for parking, only found out about the fee a couple days before we arrived at the hotel and it was really pricey $75 for two nights which is way more than other hotels charge. The first night we arrived it was really difficult getting into the parking lot from the street even though there was a sign that said don't block the driveway. Also when checking in there was a reunion of some kind going on at the bar which was right next to the check-in area so there was loud loud music and lots of talking so I could barely hear the person at check-in.

My party and I loved everything about our stay. There is so much good that I can say about our stay at Hotel Landy. Before check in the valet parkers were very nice, professional and helpful. Once entering for check in the atmosphere was very welcoming. There was music playing & a happy setting, the receptionists were very friendly & helpful. We then got to our room and the room was beautiful, very clean, & had everything we needed. There is a restaurant inside the hotel, also there is a food truck by the pool area; they have a DJ on site daily, the location is great. It was just all around a great visit!!! I 10/10 recommend this hotel and will be booking again !!!

I loved everything!! The only thing I was uneasy about but it didn’t change my decision to book again is paying for parking nightly.

The hotel was truly beautiful. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The concierge was very enthusiastic and full of detailed information regarding local attractions.

I did not expect to pay an additional fee for parking when I paid for a room at your hotel. It would be one thing if you were letting other people park in your parking area but as a guest that is paying for a room, I was not expecting to do so.
