Location great, price super for the quality of the room, spacious bedroom, the most comfortable bed, lots of free parking, breakfast was fine (muffins, toast, juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal) walking distance to walgreens, good restaurants within 15 min walk

The smell in the lift was awful (from the heat & people using it still wet from the pool) and there was a lot of noise (air conditioning machine rattled and I could hear the road noise) but I am a very light sleeper. There is a shuttle bus to the universal parks but I think it was only at 10am and returning at 5pm so not ideal if you plan to be there for the full day but we had a rental car anyway. (There is a bus stop outside but we didn’t use it, I don’t know where it goes)

The convenience that everything was very close to the hotel.

When we checked into our room, there was a musty smell. I thought maybe it was the carpet. It smell like something wet. When we first entered the hotel to check in there was a pleasant smell in the hotel lobby. Just some advice that same smell the hotel lobby has you should put them in all your rooms.

The Location is excellent with several options for dining within walking distance. It is very close to the parks as well, specially universal. Free parking is great. The bed was comfortable, the room is spacious and there was a coffee machine available which was great.

Breakfast is ok, however the room in which it is served needs better exhaustion of the smell/smoke. That said, you can have breakfast outside by the pool, which is a nice option. The shower has an issue with the curtain, since it allows water to drip outside and leaves the bathroom wet. Maybe a small change in the position of the curtain would make it much better.

Hard to find someone to speak English and everything you did you had to exit the building to go to another part of the building also the tv didn’t have many English speaking channels

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! The breakfast definitely set this hotel apart from other comparable hotels with regard to price and facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

My wife said that there wasn’t much hot water for showers sometimes… which is understandable because of the high hot water usage in the mornings (which was when she usually took her shower). However, I didn’t find that to be an issue because I took baths at low hot water usage times of the day - like in the evening or afternoon.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The location is very central and super close to Universal, which was really convenient. There’s parking available, and the security guard at the hotel was especially friendly and helpful – he gave us great tips for our trip, and we really appreciated that. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our experience had a few downsides. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, which made it hard to relax or sleep comfortably. Also, the shuttle service to the parks operates at inconvenient hours, which limits your time there – we wouldn’t recommend relying on it. The breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the service was good overall.

This is our second year staying here and will be back next year. We love the location and the pool. It's right next to the excitement of the night life, but it is nice and quiet at the Hotel. So you get the best of both worlds. Plenty of restaurants and fun stuff to do close by.

The Breakfast was great but would love more hot items, maybe biscuits and gravy, waffles, or something to give a little more variety. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was the same thing every other day. But the food was good.

Great location with every kind of restaurant and bar within walking distance. The facility has been recently renovated and the room was attractive and clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff were really nice, and welcoming. Overall a great value if breakfast isn’t important to you.

Breakfast was chaos with large numbers of people trying to make the shuttle to the attractions, and nowhere to sit inside. The eggs and potatoes were tasteless (no salt or pepper in sight), and cereal choices were limited to Froot Loops and Cheerios for the kiddies. Bakery items were all gone when I got there- replenished when I went back 10 minutes later.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was right near the pool courtyard, making it super easy for the kids to play. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The staff was very helpful and so patient to help us when there was a mix-up with our reservation. What could have been such a stressful notice was nothing more than a bump due to the calm nature of the front desk staff. The location itself is absolute magic with pinpoint accuracy: Icon Park is across the street, the best hibachi ever is right next door, a dance club next to that, and WalMart is 8 minutes away for the little forgotten things.

If I ran the hotel, I would expand breakfast to be more compatible with the resort- feel by offering more than the same basics found at bargain hotels. I would also highlight the outdoor recreation more, such as the mini golf. They are doing some amazing renovations still so there's more magic around the corner!
