Everything! So clean, large rooms, daily maid service, free breakfast, free dinner, free drinks, location, shuttle service, little store you can purchase things, kitchen you can order additional food, pool and hot tub was very clean. Still a little chilly but good once the full sun hits it. 7/11 next door if you need anything additional. 15 minute Uber $7 to universal, convention center. 25 minute $10 Uber to Disney springs. $19 25 minutes Uber to mco airport. If I could pick this hotel up and take it on every vacation I would. Perfect.

I did get a 2am wake up call that wasn’t cancelled from last person who stayed but not a big deal.

Everything was awesome but I need a little more variety for breakfast such as grits, bacon, grapes, fruits, some sliced oranges. Dinner I had the same dinner on Thursday and Saturday when I went to Drury in Alabama for fives days my meals did repeat until the sixth day. Frosted Flakes for cereal would have been good. More variety on free complementary drink (frozen daiquiri would have been nice).

This Drury has everything! It is clean, comfortable, and all of the staff are super friendly! Vicky greeted me every morning at breakfast. She is a ray of sunshine! And if that isn’t enough, there is a wonderful breakfast, as well as food and drinks provided at dinner time. They don’t call it dinner, but it was plenty for me each night. This is my “go-to” hotel any time I am in Orlando.

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

The hotel is perfect for long stays! It is very close to Universal Parks, it is not far from Disney Parks it has a few stores nearby. The hotel is very comfortable and more important: breakfast and happy hour included on the rates! I also liked a lot that the rooms were very quiet even with several kids around :-)

I think the breakfast could vary a bit more, it is good quality but it is always the same and as I have stayed for 16 days it could have been a bit different. Not a major issue.

Great location, next to I-4, Universal Studios and International Dr, but quiet, comfortable, daily cleaning, good breakfast (for US). 7-11, tank station, and Whole Foods within 5 minutes walk.

Free dinner buffet was atrocious, reminded me of a school canteen (or perhaps army or jail food ;-), but hey, it was free. Fortunately, Whole Foods with a hot and salad bar was across the road, and lots of restaurants nearby. There was water dripping slowly under the sink, but it didn’t bother us, so we only reported it during checkout.

ICONIC 🔥. The service , the rooms , the location , the convenience, the hospitality is top notch. Huge thanks to Kyle at the front desk and Colton and his team were extremely wonderful in assisting and making sure we having a good time and also enjoying our meals every morning and afternoon for breakfast and kickback . breakfast and kickback in the evening which is super amazing , and gives this hotel an edge over all hotels in the area . Room are super clean with everything you need , also gets serviced every day during your stay . The reception area and he restaurant are Super lively even after 10 pm until midnight . Shuttle to universal which is just 5 min away from the hotel . Will be coming back next time around in Orlando for sure .

No cons , just to keep in mind there isn’t a shuttle to Disney parks . But there is to universal though.

The open buffet breakfast was varied and sufficient. In the evening between 17:30 - 19:00, there was a snack time consisting of various open buffet food and it was quite filling, so it was like dinner for us. The hotel was in a very central location and was very close to outlets and attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. Parking was free. There was a plaza right next to the hotel with various shops such as Ross, Wendy's and farmer markets. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was big enough for our family of 4. In addition, our room was cleaned every day without exception, and our towels were changed every day. Since we stayed for a long time like 10 days, we also used the hotel's laundry and were pleased with it, too. This hotel was also a business partner of Universal Studios; therefore, it was possible to buy tickets for Universal Studios parks at a reasonable price. In short, we were very pleased. If I go to Orlando again, I will not look at any other hotel, I will choose Drury Inn without a second thought.

Very warm and welcoming !! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! I have been to many Drury hotels and others as well and I was so impressed with this location. I would say they really went above and beyond however it felt like this is their normal way of doing things and that’s saying a lot. Compared to other hotels this one was top notch and for me to say that is saying a lot cause I never take the time to write about a hotel stay cause I’m never impressed and most times if Like my mom back in the day would say if ya don’t have nothing good to say don’t say nothing at all! With that being said awesome job to all of you!!!! This is why The Drury will always be my choice in hotels!!!

I only wish it was more variety of breakfast and dinner options rather than same three choices in rotation for dinner and everyday same thing for breakfast.

Although we did not partake or enjoy the breakfast and dinner, I love their idea and logic on offering a free service to people who needed it or benefited from it. 3 free drinks per adult guest staying at the hotel. I also appreciate the FREE parking. My room was a top floor that I paid extra for and was premium, but I didn't really see the "premium", besides the bathroom flooring and counters were made of real granite which we liked. It was fairly quiet, with a few loud guests coming in and out their rooms and walking the hall, but was able to sleep soundly, so that was good. I liked the towel quality and thickness. We both LOVED the beds, but not the pillows-too soft. Our view was lovely - overlooking the wheel, the star flyer, and sling shot and seeing a little bit of volcano bay. We liked being right next to our 2 favorite places when we visit: Ross and Perkin's. This location is easy to get in and out of on the Turkey Lake side, especially. There are some grocery stores close by, a Walmart that is easily accessible by car, dining options, a nice car wash across the street, and an adjacent Wendy's. This hotel is partnered with Universal, so their is a universal shuttle bus (a big transit bus) to the park, and there is a lady in the lobby at her own Universal Studios ticket kiosk. Staff allowed for an early check-in, and both gentlemen were kind and hospitable. They have 3 elevators, and one became inoperable, but the other 2 moved pretty fast, so there was no big deal on one being out of order. Outdoor semi indoor or shaded pool area and jacuzzi are a nice touch. Overall, this is definitely a family-friendly hotel, and I would recommend it as they have more pros than cons and are a great value when visiting the Icon/International drive area

I did not like dining options for breakfast and the afternoon/evening dinner. The lobby was entirely too packed and loud; there was not enough space to accommodate what seemed like the entire hotel. Some of the guests were really loud, and there were definitely families and their kids around. We took our 1st night meal upstairs, and the days and nights following, we chose to dine out at local restaurants. I did not like the adjoining door in my room.
