Excellent location on I-Drive with lots of restaurants and shops dotted nearby. East access to local buses to go to the shopping outlets. Also loved the room size, cleanliness of the rooms and the reception area. Also comes with a swimming pool and jacuzzi which are much needed after 25000 steps at Disney and Universal Great free shuttle service to the theme parks.

Room cleaning is every 3 days which can be a slight discomfort with families as towels gets used up fast and trash gets piled. Perhaps trash and towels can be sorted every 2 days.

The room was perfect! spacious clean very nice hotel smells good when entering an through out! If you get the club suite you can go to the pool on the roof and they give free drinks a snacks from 12-8 also pizza at night 5-6 definitely a deal for your buck must stay! :))

One thing when I asked for no one to go into the room when I left to go to north Florida they still went into the room! That was a big no no! I just don't like no one in with my personal stuff, especially my girls stuff! there was only one elevator also the keycards was the worse too but it don't devalue the property still happy among it all!

Comfy beds, room good size, excellent location to most major attractions, parking facilities excellent. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. Great views with sn excellent parking garage which is free making this a brilliant bonus.

Breakfast isn't the best 3 cereals, only boiled eggs, toast machines, tea/coffee on one side of the room milk on the other? AC unit very loud in the room, no happy medium, leave it on disturbed sleep, turn it off your sweltering. Construction going on all around the bottom of South Tower was not made aware of, a little noisy and messy. Shore line of the lake by the hotel covered in trash, simple clean up would make this area aesthetically pleasing and would feel more people would stop to enjoy.

Rooms were clean, airy and modern. Car park was big with no issues getting a space. It was easy to find on iDrive. Laundry was a great added facility too.

The breakfast was included but wasn’t brilliant, eggs tasted like they’d been nuked. Way too much disposable plastic. No plates or cutlery just disposables. Breakfast offering was cheap unhealthy food - basically a buffet full of cheap carbs, I went to Walmart and bought my own and just added a bagel with cream cheese. It was free though and the orange juice was good

The lady at reception the day of arrival was not friendly, no smile, stood at the desk and no eye contact , just kept on texting on her cell phone and took deep breath before asking me what i wanted. No Hello or how are you, was surprised to see somebody with no personality serving clients. Made me feel as if i was bothering her. My friend had arrived earlier and was not pleasant to her either. But the next morning the lady who was working had a smile and was very pleasant. So i would still highly recommend hotel since that lady did not seem to love her job she probably want be there for long, that what i hope for you guys!

Location, room view, free parking, staff. The elevator came quickly never had to wait long for it to arrive. I felt secure at this hotel because you cannot get the elevator to move without entering a key card. Location hotel is near everything. Room was decent to good and the view on the 9th floor was great saw the fireworks from my room. Many of the hotels in Orlando charge for parking here it was free and plenty of space to park. Staff, I encounter a staff that did not speak English however we were able to communicate he was very helpful.

The Free Wi-Fi did not work, false advertisement and this was one of the reason I selected this hotel for this feature. Television hardly worked, the owners needs to invest in a better internet provider. I have stay in worse hotel that had much better Wi-Fi service. The breakfast could be better, guess should not have to heat their own breakfast. However, breakfast is acceptable. I read reviews before I stayed here but it is really true (Wi-Fi). The Wi-Fi and television service is terrible. If you must use Wi-Fi stay somewhere else or go to an Internet cafe.

Staff is friendly,hotel was exceptional clean,and employees have smiles and willing to help..I been here 2 in a month..attractions near and shuttle and package holding..the nicest thing we found..was the penthouse pool and hot tub..beer and wine till 8.snack..you had to pay,but nice and private..Hotel had card pin technology..you need a room key for all acess,etc..love it be back next month

More ice machines..in north and south towers. And maybe bacon or sausage for breakfast..a real waffle maker like in other hotels..

Clean, nice staff, great price when I was looking at options.

One elevator hadn’t been working but it want the end of the world. The breakfast was okay, there was enough to find something to eat but we did feel like it lacked slightly. It could use more options like bacon, sausage, eggs cooked differently than hard boiled, maybe different options of potatoes vs alll of the different breads. a fruit bowl with cut up fruit would have been great too. There were orsnges and bananas though. The coffee was great and the breakfast isn’t a deal breaker. It saved us money which was great either way.

Room had everything we needed. Sheets clean. Bed comfy. Air conditioning worked well. View from the room was lovely. Pool was just the right temperature. Parking easy & included in price. Reception area nice & airy. Key cards required to use lifts. Breakfast was nice.

Would have preferred proper plates & cutlery at breakfast rather than paper ones. Had to ask for room to be cleaned & towels to be exchanged on 5th day even though hotel advertises room cleaning as ‘every 3rd day’.
