Nice to have breakfast included.

The lady at reception the day of arrival was not friendly, no smile, stood at the desk and no eye contact , just kept on texting on her cell phone and took deep breath before asking me what i wanted. No Hello or how are you, was surprised to see somebody with no personality serving clients. Made me feel as if i was bothering her. My friend had arrived earlier and was not pleasant to her either. But the next morning the lady who was working had a smile and was very pleasant. So i would still highly recommend hotel since that lady did not seem to love her job she probably want be there for long, that what i hope for you guys!

Location, room view, free parking, staff. The elevator came quickly never had to wait long for it to arrive. I felt secure at this hotel because you cannot get the elevator to move without entering a key card. Location hotel is near everything. Room was decent to good and the view on the 9th floor was great saw the fireworks from my room. Many of the hotels in Orlando charge for parking here it was free and plenty of space to park. Staff, I encounter a staff that did not speak English however we were able to communicate he was very helpful.

The Free Wi-Fi did not work, false advertisement and this was one of the reason I selected this hotel for this feature. Television hardly worked, the owners needs to invest in a better internet provider. I have stay in worse hotel that had much better Wi-Fi service. The breakfast could be better, guess should not have to heat their own breakfast. However, breakfast is acceptable. I read reviews before I stayed here but it is really true (Wi-Fi). The Wi-Fi and television service is terrible. If you must use Wi-Fi stay somewhere else or go to an Internet cafe.

Clean, nice staff, great price when I was looking at options.

One elevator hadn’t been working but it want the end of the world. The breakfast was okay, there was enough to find something to eat but we did feel like it lacked slightly. It could use more options like bacon, sausage, eggs cooked differently than hard boiled, maybe different options of potatoes vs alll of the different breads. a fruit bowl with cut up fruit would have been great too. There were orsnges and bananas though. The coffee was great and the breakfast isn’t a deal breaker. It saved us money which was great either way.

Room had everything we needed. Sheets clean. Bed comfy. Air conditioning worked well. View from the room was lovely. Pool was just the right temperature. Parking easy & included in price. Reception area nice & airy. Key cards required to use lifts. Breakfast was nice.

Would have preferred proper plates & cutlery at breakfast rather than paper ones. Had to ask for room to be cleaned & towels to be exchanged on 5th day even though hotel advertises room cleaning as ‘every 3rd day’.

It was close to shopping center.

The breakfast was not good if you were not there by 830am to 845am. The lady started to pick up the hot water and the tea along with some breakfast. There was no orange juice and banana for 2 days. There is lots of people staying at the hotel, so why not provide more variety and extend the time until 10am and why the staffed stating to pack back thing when there is line of people lots people keep asking her and she act like i don't care. Please, it's a nice hotel. i would love to go back, but it need improved them room cannot clean it until 3 days why not every day.

I loved the suite. It fit my family perfectly. The staff was amazing. I loved the rooftop bar and pool concept. It was more or a private setting.

I didn't like the time it took to check in. Rooms weren't ready at check-in time. The first room they put me in wasn't clean at all. Beds weren't made at all, no towels in the bathroom, wasn't vacuumed. I had to go back downstairs to let the front desk know and showed them pictures. Took more time to figure out what other room to put me in. I wish the breakfast had more options to choose from.

It was right on the lake and close to every theme park as well as entertainment and food

I’m not sure if this was because of the location (near a large body of water) or because of the people next door, but tiny little ants would appear in the bathroom in small groups which we ended up having to call them to spray the area. Then these small roach looking bugs( I’m not sure what they were actually called) appeared in the bathroom 2-3 at a time and at one point 5 appeared but only in the bathroom - and we are very clean people so this was odd. I ended up calling maintenance again to spray all corners of the room and from that point to check out we didn’t see anymore

Location, breakfast and price

The wifi was terrible, I was in room 1014 and we had no wifi during all the stay. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Not only we had to kill them, when we had housekeeping they didn’t clean the dead mosquitoes, just left them there. That’s not cleaning

Nice hotel and location. Free brakefast which also good. Free shittle service to Disney and other parks BUT CUSTMOER NEEDS TO BOOK IN ADANCE AT LEAST TWO DAY BEFORE which mostley custmoer miss the booking and end up using Lyft or Uber. ALL STAFF welcoming

WIFI IS VERY BAD HAVE VERY POOR SIGNALS. KEEP DISCONNECTED EVERY HALF AN HOUR.

We had a fantastic stay, our room was spacious and so quiet - we slept so well! The bed is super comfy and huge and the cooking facilities were great, you can ask at reception for pots and pans and a coffee maker if you want one in your room. Breakfast was good, basic things like cereal, bread, pancakes, fruit and eggs which suited us. The pool and hot tub were good and usually not too busy. Hotel is really safe and secure with keycard entry and there are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance on International Drive. Really close to Universal, plenty of Lyft and Uber drivers in the area for the 5 min journey.

There could be more variation at breakfast. Shuttle service to Universal is at only one time per day at approx 7am which is NOT convenient
