I love the location, the family suite (with living room and kitchen), the facilities are great and the swimming pool is amazing for kids!

In the last few years, I have always stayed at this hotel, and I loved it! I think it is the eighth time that I have stayed at Cabana, I have always recommended it to my friends, but this time I had a very bad experience with a completely ruined room. Peeling bathtub, damaged benches and sofas, bed with holes in the mattress… horrible! The staff promptly changed our room and apologized, but I think the rooms need urgent renovation! I reinforce that I love this hotel, but I'm rethinking it if they don't make improvements to the rooms especially.

Location was fab, with excellent bus service into parks. Pool and lazy river were lovely, and there was never a rush to find a lounger as there are tonnes available but doesn’t feel particularly crowded. There’s also plenty of clean towel stations dotted around. Our room was more than big enough for the two of us, and the bed (of which there were two doubles) was so comfy! The bathroom was a little tired, but everything worked as it should. The housekeeper comes in every other day, which was nice to come back to after a long day at the parks. Lastly, I can’t rate the bus service highly enough. We never had to wait very long to get to and from City Walk, although the service too and from Epic seemed to not run as often, but is still a great free service.

The first member of staff we encountered upon trying to check in was quite rude, which wasn’t the welcome we were expecting!

Location excellent if visiting universal and city walk. Quick security check using boat at sapphire falls which is lovely. Walking path is a nice well shaded 15 min walk. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean. Food was really good and very reasonable. Quick and easy bus service. Would highly recommend. Pool areas and lazy river are beautiful and very clean, fresh towels is a huge bonus. Food and drinks in outside bars was always good. The refillable cups are great and we'll worth the money. Ice cream bar was great but very pricey!

Although rooms are clean they are very outdated, and in need of some TLC - we had a family room and the sofa was very worn and uncomfortable to sit on, bathroom was clean but looked worn. It was very clean and the beds are amazing! Pillows very comfortable and I would most definitely stay again but keep in mind for the price point it does need updated. The family room is a great size and loads of storage for clothes the extra walk in wardrobe is fab for storing suitcases amd much more.

Everything in one place. You could walk to volcano bay. But to get to parks and city walk u need to take a universal bus.

Drinks (non alcoholic) were extremely over priced. Sun screen was extremely over priced. Besides early park admission there were no guest benefits for staying at a universal resort.

Safe feel to the place , it has lots of facilities , very handy for volcano bay Just a few min walk . And free buses to the universal City walk and parks. And Ubers are very easy to use to international Drive for the likes of crazy golf or restaurants. Normally 10/20 dollars , can be more expensive at peak times .

Prices of food , alcoholic drinks and even non-alcoholic drinks are double the price of most bars and restaurants on the international Drive, which is just a few minutes away in a uber , beer working out at €11 a pint. Drinks cups can be bought for soft drinks for about $25 for seven day pass and can be used for unlimited refills of soft drinks at various locations round the hotel. But it’s to be expected to be paying a premium in these hotels .

The location is nice close to the Universal studios and right next to Volcano Bay, free bus transportation to City Walk, the personal was ok, they had characters meet-ups, the bads where queen size and quite comfortable, large room, 2 pools one with slide and one with lazy river, completely towels...shopping area and Starbucks shop, arcade game and gym 👌

The temperature through out the location is way to freezing, had to go out to get back my blood circulation, the food even if they had 4 stations with different items all where kind of bland and quite expensive for what they offer, no bathrobes and no slippers, the sink with bar soape no liquid soape or hand cream

Multiple pools, things to do, movie night, food selection were all good. This resort is truly centered on families and there were options to do with my kids who vary in age. The room was a decent size to accommodate all of us comfortably. I also liked the ease of the check in and check out process and the location of the hotel to Universal.

I would have liked a swim up bar vs having to get out of the pool to grab drinks. I would of also liked to not have to had paid for tubes for the lazy river...I flew there so purchasing tubes wasn't practical for my family.

Upon checking into the hotel there is a counter at which you can request for the hotel to store your luggage, incase your room isn't ready or for other purposes. This is what I did as I was early and my room was still being prepared. Thereafter I was able to enjoy my day at Universal Studios. I was able to take the shuttle that's provided by the hotel. Multiple shuttles do runs to and from the parks throughout the day and from my experience, are always on time. Usually already there by the time I walk 2 minutes from the lobby to the pick up spot! Convenient and comfortable ! The room was fresh and clean, I stayed in the Americana building. The cleaner would come every second day however if you needed your room cleaned on any day, you would be able to request this. There are multiple food stations at which you can order breakfast, lunch and supper. There are 2 pools on the property and a lazy river as well with tube's provided and tiny life jackets for younger kids. All in all I had a brilliant stay at the hotel. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and felt welcoming and courteous.

Wonderful pools and location.

Night staff was unfriendly at check in. Seemed like I was bothering her when we got to the hotel at 3:30am. and she made a comment about why did I get a room when I wasn't checking in until the next day. I had to explain to her that my plane was 2 hours late and still had to get my rental car. Then she said the room key machine wasn't working so I had to return to the desk the following day again to pick up my keys which was a hassle and took up time. All of the other staff was wonderful and friendly though.
