Location was absolutely perfect. There was free shuttle to the Universal parks but also Uber only took 10 mins and ~$6 so it was very convenient. The room was good for purpose with daily cleaning and basic amenities.

First time I've seen a hotel charge for accepting and storing Amazon parcels with the front desk for a few hours. It was a small amount but still a bummer. There was no water provided in the room and the reception charged a bomb for it when asked for.

Great location next to Disney/Universal! Liked that there is a security guard at the front gate. Air conditioning was great after long day at the parks! House keeping was great, they changed our towels everyday and made the bed for us.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like something at the property, but I would say they could add a couple things. I wish there was an area that dispenses free water instead of having to pay for a lot of water bottles. Like a Culligan unit or something. Maybe a larger bathroom, but I would highly recommend

Great location around 15 minutes from Universal, supermarket and restaurants within a short walk. Hotel was clean and felt very secure with the gated access and on site security. Universal courtesy bus was great too.

The breakfast has gone downhill. Around $20 for a self service buffet seems a bit expensive to me. The choice was not great and they had the little milk packets to put on coffee that had gone off on the table. When I raised this, I was told it happens all the time!

Convenient location on I-drive close to a number of restaurants and walgreens. In close proximity to endless summer surfside where you can avail of Starbucks in the lobby and free shuttle to Universal Citywalk. Room was basic and relatively clean with a couple of bugs found throughout our stay but nothing major. Beds were OK comfort wise. Microwave and fridge in the room is a major benefit over staying in other hotels.

Hotel is a little dated and some bugs here and there throughout. But not enough to stop me from booking this hotel in the future.

Walking distance to a lot of places to eat, and things to do. Close to Universal Studios. Staff was friendly. I had my dog with us, and the fee was great. Landscaping was nice. Pool was clean. Room was clean. Great view of Volcano Bay. We stayed on the 4th floor. No noise from neighbors. We felt safe, and would definitely stay here again. Price was great overall. Experience was pleasant. 🙂

Shoguns was not good quality. And very expensive. Had to make a reservation and when we came back for our reservation they allowed people to come in without a reservation, so maybe they were understaffed? Food was not good and very expensive even with a coupon from the hotel and we got chicken. 2 adults/ 1 child. $88 😳

Location was brilliant and so close to Universal Studios. They actually have a free bus service to drop you off and bring you back from the park which was very convenient. Room was clean, with a good working aircon and a nice sized bathroom. Pool was also nice, shame we didn't have much time to stay beside it. Re-breakfast I cannot comment as we didn't have any. Staff was kind and friendly. If you are travelling to visit Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, I highly recommend it.

Maybe the double beds in the room to be of a normal size for a double, as they're on the shorter side.

Loved the location just minutes from Universal with a FREE SHUTTLE there and back. By chance, there was a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral after dark. We opened our drapes and had a perfect view. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and the rooms were adequate if not palatial. It was very reasonably priced through booking.com. I'd certainly go back and refer all my friends.

A suggestion, more fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet.

Loved that even though I arrived early (9A.m) they had a room ready and available for me to check into, the staff was very helpful and extremely nice, offered shuttles to city walk and all of the Universal parks, close enough to all the restaurants and shops that we could walk and loved that it had restaurants and a little store, the breakfast buffet and Japanese steakhouse was great and housekeeping came everyday! Also on our last day we had a late flight out so they kept our luggage for us why we went out for the day until we left later that night! Overall a great place to stay at a extremely affordable rate! Will definitely stay again if we return!

My only complaint was the lighting in the room, only had two lamps and bathroom light and feel it could use more light.

It is close to the Universal Parks, restaurants, stores and Premium Outlet.

Close to things

Dirty, lot of majuana smell coming in room by bathroom vents. Saw people outside of rooms smoking. Did report to security. Front desk staff rude and hen checking in. Never hurts to smile and greet your guests!!!
