Nice, spacious accommodations, lots to do at the resort

Our checkout date was incorrect, so that our card key stopped working 2 days early. When we went to get it corrected, there was no apology, just a curt response from the staff. Also, there was very loud construction noise going on in the room above us from 9-5 the last 3 days. When we called to report it, we were met with "Oh well, we can't control what goes on in other rooms." That should not have happened. We paid a good amount of money and expected a peaceful, pleasant stay.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, property was well maintained. There was plenty of space for my family and we loved the 3 bathrooms.

The staff was rude at times, I forgot my key and when I entered security, the guy yelled at me to remember my key. I did have my resort slip for my car and showed him the paper, but got a lecture about my key. I remained quiet, apologized for causing a issue, when it shouldn't have been a problem.

we were extended stay.... 9 weeks condo spacious ..... cleaning staff excellent.... water park excellent.... our area pool was excellent

main pool was not staffed 4 days of the week.... disappointing (no food or drinks available) guest bathrooms could easily be upgraded to include handles and bars for safety for older guests had a problem with the elevator not working and we were third floor..... resort pushed it off on the home owners association.... something no guest wants to hear.... after several days we were moved to a first floor unit

Everything. It was close to everything. It was quite and not an overcrowded facility like you would think. It was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Didn't like that pool gates wouldn't open with key card. Shuttle service runs at 11am to Disney, so we didn't really benefit from the service but it wasn't a deal breaker. Still a great place.

Everything was nice clean

It didn’t have pool there we had to wait for shuttle & at water park I didn’t like how SECURITY TREATED US WRONG stating our kids wasn’t the age we gave them, as an Mother that birth their kids should know how old her kids is I dnt have to lie about it. So those two things I didn’t like

We loved the size of the room, the ease of getting assistance from the staff and the sprawling feel of the property! The grounds are well kept and welcoming.

The pools were very disappointing. There is only one nice sized pool and the bar closed earlier than the schedule. We hoped for food and drinks. The one by our room was small. The property lacked fun things to do and the lively vacation feel.

Apartment was big

I requested 1 floor or near to elevator, but the man on checking was sharp and serious (rude), give us 3 floor and away from the elevator. Only 2 coffee and we were 6 people 1 shower was only with hot water

Love all the space, the kitchen had great appliances easy to use, the beds and couch were so comfortable, and we had the down stairs and it was like a home away from home.

Definitely would add curtains in all bedrooms and possibly a bigger tvs

It was very spacious , comfortable, and nicely decorated.

The front door to the villa was dirty and damaged and the closet with the safe and the extra bedding smelled like dog. But the rest of the villa was nice.

The rooms were very large and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. I loved the shower in the master bedroom.

The water pressure in the other 2 bedrooms was very weak.
