Everything from checking in with David at registration desk, to walking into our Villa which was absolutely gorgeous 😍. The security guard at the entrance was so welcoming and said welcome home when we told him we were there to check in. The property was very clean and well maintained and beautifully decorated for the season. Being a travel agent, this location will definitely be a recommendation for my clients going forward. Especially those with larger groups that need larger accommodations. ie. 2-4 bedroom setups

The food at Los Amigos was okay we did have to send my husband's steak back as it was under cooked from what he ordered.

Accommodations are very good, exceptionally clean and had everything needed. Lovely to have lots of towels, amd the balcony was great, until someone was smoking somewhere

Waterpark very expensive as website is not at all clear that it is extra. Plus check in is at 4P, which meant it was $100 for only 2 hours, not at all good value. This would me reconsider about staying again. Onto which, we then found out the paddle boats also weren't included either.Check in took 30 mins in total due to the lines and staff available.

The Villa surpassed my expectation I had to view of the water park and the canal which I asked in the front desk when I checked in if I could have a room like that for the kids and the staff was so kind to look around and see if they had one available for me. When I signed up to become an owner I got the possibility to buy I still have them making payments it surpassed my my views of how many places I can travel to I have a couple vacations and I'm paying for now. There was so many things to do like literally I didn't have to leave the hotel to go do anything the water park was amazing golfing it was just overall amazing. The only thing that was not good was we didn't have access to the TV due to the remote controls but nothing that can be fixed we called them ask for batteries or a new remote and still it wasn't working but nevertheless if we didn't have time to watch TV either way it was just so amazing. I will be coming back in the summer as I'm arrested in Florida and the other two vacations I'm going elsewhere. Monica helped me pick the vacations and I also have a representative which I don't remember her name right now but she was great as well and Omar helped me get to the lunch and he explained everything very well and the accommodated me since I have social anxiety I didn't have to be inside we spoke outside and my kids were special needs or are special needs and they accommodated them as well to go outside with drawing books and coloring pencils I thought that was very amazing.

I can't say I didn't like anything just that the TV didn't have access to watch TV. Sometimes the kids retired from the pool and stuff like that and they wanted to watch a little movies and stuff but that was okay we went to the movie theaters and we did other fun stuff just for future reference make sure when someone's going to go into a room that the remote controls are working and the TVs are working that's the only thing that I didn't like but the rest I am super happy with

Came to this resort for a getaway with my wife for an early 28th anniversary getaway. I can't say enough about how awesome this resort is. The rooms were exceptional. The jacuzzi tub was the highlight of the trip! We could sit in the tub and chill after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and we didn't hear hardly any noise from any other guests. Highly recommend this resort to anyone coming to Orlando!

Nothing! This stay was absolutely excellent and I will, for sure, stay here again when my wife and I travel back to Florida. Highly recommend and love this location.

I had the best experience at the resort. Everything was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, but there were some that were not helpful and/ or didn’t care to help. I tried to get one guys attention (life guard) by saying excuse me (several times) he insisted on ignoring me. But when he did acknowledge me I asked him where was the Town Hall, he replied by saying “I don’t know”, he didn’t even try to help. The bus driver was nice enough to help me, and he was dropping him off and saw what was going on. The employees at the water park were nice but, the life guards are not friendly just mean as hell except one guy, he was really enjoying himself with everyone. It’s the female life guards that had the worst attitudes. I totally understand that we all have our moments and days but, if you have someone like myself who was very pleasant, respectful and nice approach you to ask for help/ directions the least you can do is reciprocate that same energy. But I didn’t let their attitudes change mine. The employees at the Town Hall were wonderful. The question is will I return? Sure I will, my kids and I really enjoyed the resort and there’s a possibility that we will return. I just hope this time the employees have a much better attitude.

The bedroom they gave me was so comfortable, specially the bed, en both, bed and bedroom were really big. I also felt like it was close to everything 🙂

I made a 1 and a half hour line to be able to check in after a 4 hours drive, and when I get to the counter, they told me that they didn’t have the room that I paid for, and that they had to give two small rooms… I have two small children’s (one of them 1 yo) what I’m I suppose to do with two rooms?

I must say that this property although affordable has great quality for the amount charged. Not only was the apartment size room extremely clean, but the amount of things to do around the property is enough to entertain the toughest families.

I can’t say there was nothing I didn’t like. At first impression I was thrown off by the Check-In Kiosk they had set up, but then I noticed the Front Desk area is being remodeled and the tables are temporary. I’m sure once construction is done they will check that first impression box, for sure!

The villas are really spacious. Great views. Hotel staff was very responsive. We will definitely come back.

When i booked the stay it did not mention the waterpark was extra cost and that was the whole purpose of our stay was to enjoy the waterpark. So it was a little misleading. The reservations should include waterpark amenities. Also the water parked shut down early due to supposedly inclement weather but there was no rain or thunder in the area.

I love that everything is all wrapped into one and that there are pools or stuff to do by each building

I didn’t like how some of the amenities were closed when we tried to go. I understand the pools because of weather but things like the game room/ arcade. The banana cabana was also closed the majority of our stay. I wish the water was a little bit cooler but that’s it my kids enjoyed the warm but cool enough water lol
